¿Has tenido alguna vez la regla? Si tu respuesta es un NO, porfavor, escucha más que habla.
Algo es algo, gran avance, aunque aún insuficiente.
Te puedes pedir una baja, después de que el médico te vea retorciéndose de dolores. Está genial, pero...
Cuando estamos con la regla, no estamos todo el tiempo con dolores, de hecho el dolor puede venir cuando ya estás en el trabajo. Yo creo que se debería dar libertad a la mujer para decidir no ir a trabajar por lo menos los dos días más intensos y descansar, tenga o no dolor.
En mi experiencia y en la de muchas mujeres que conozco, el dolor aparece cuando no hay descanso, si no vas a trabajar esos días, no aparece dolor o sí de todas formas.
Además de esto, la menstruación es un momento en el ciclo del mes de la mujer en el que ella necesita estar en su mundo interno, la mente le cuesta estar racional, y por esta razón va a rendir menos en el trabajo.
Físicamente con la energía más baja, puede que dolorida y con la mente apagada, porque ella está en el ESPÍRITU.
Si señoras y señores, en el espíritu! Que es eso? Ya sé que en el patriarcado lo tenemos muy olvidado esto del lado espiritual y su gran valor.
Esto que tanto escasea en esta sociedad y que tan importante es recuperar. Es la conexión directa con la sabiduría universal, y la mujer mestruante tiene el canal abierto de par en par.
Maravilloso momento para VER CON CLARIDAD, y las empresas podrían ver esto como una oportunidad.
Además, si una mujer con la menstruación no descansa, no va a rendir en todo su potencial el resto del mes, pero si descansa, va a recuperar el trabajo que dejó atrasado y mucho más.

Vivo en Almazcara, de este pueblo me gusta que tiene nombre andaluz tierra que amo por su alegria, frutos y clima, y porque aquí mi abuela, mi abuelo, mi madre y sus hermanos vivieron tiempos difíciles pero felices como campesinos muy cercanos a la tierra. Este pueblo se encuentra entre Ponferrada y Bembibre (León), los dos lugares donde imparto clases.
Me nutro viajando por el mundo y abriendome a conocer y aprender de los diferentes maestros y maestras que me voy encontrando por el camino. También en mis viajes transmito las enseñanzas de mi experiencia de vida, impartiendo talleres y cursos por todo el mundo.
Y siempre re-evaluandome y constante en mi encuentro diario conmigo misma, con mi más importante guía, el Kundalini Yoga, para no perderme y poder ser fuente de luz para otras y otros, conectada y pura con la vida
