Vamos de histórias? Após o terramoto de 1755, a Rua dos Fanqueiros onde localiza-se a STŌ, chamava-se Rua Nova da Princesa e mais tarde Rua da Princesa. Aqui se instalou o negócio de fancaria (venda de tecidos a metro) e o de quinquilharia. Na época da Implantação da República, em 1910, o nome foi alterado para Rua dos Fanqueiros, que se mantém até hoje. Esperamos por si!
Let's tell histories? After the 1755 earthquake, Rua dos Fanqueiros, where STŌ is located, was called Rua Nova da Princesa and later Rua da Princesa. This is where the fancaria business (sale of fabrics by the meter) and the bauble store were located. When the Republic was established, in 1910, the name changed to Rua dos Fanqueiros, which it remains until today. We are waiting for you!

A wonderful brunch and lunch spot in the heart of Lisboa.
We enjoyed both brunch and lunch at this great spot in Baixa. Jorge and the rest of the team were so welcoming, their passion and enthusiasm for their food and products was wonderful. The STO brunch is a stand out choice for breakfast, including orange juice, granola with yoghurt and jam (delicious), eggs with alheira sausage and finally a fresh from the oven pastel de nata!
Lunch is an equally great event, the same warm service and a range of both light and more substantial dishes to choose from. The cod fish loin with potatoes and the shrimp with sourdough were simply sublime! A firm favourite with our whole family, we cannot wait to return on our next trip to Lisboa."
