I believe that everything begins with words:

▪️the first words that start a conversation between you and your counterpart;

▪️a few words that can explain even the most complicated idea;

▪️the way people speak says a lot about the clarity in their minds and also about the possible agreement between you.

Many years ago I understood how destructive it can be to work with people with whom you are not on the same wavelength. Since then, for the architecture firm MT.A I have chosen the direction of working only with clients with whom we agree, and to develop not only a good design, but a unique project, specifically for that client.

Yes, it requires a lot more effort, primarily psychological effort, but at the same time there is a lot of energy to create the universe with love for the people with whom you sympathize a lot, with whom communication is a pleasure. Everything begins with words.

While briefing our clients at one of the first meetings, we found out that they are big fans of singing, movies and games. From that moment we knew that the home cinema theater area should be one of the most important zones in project.

Together with the media technician we designed the system of 18 elements:

▪️TV to watch movies during the day;
▫️Retractable screen for the projector;
▪️Ceiling mounted projector;
▫️Acoustic system with 4 ceiling speakers, 3 front speakers and 1 subwoofer;
▪️Karaoke;
▫️ Apple TV;
▪️Play station;
◼️2 sound amplifiers to make all this possible;
▫️Printer;
▪️Monitor.

By the way, do you see any sockets here? Thanks to the detailed drawings of architects and engineers, everything is in the right place. All furniture is designed by MT.A architects.

Yesterday was an important day in Portugal - celebration of more days of democracy than a dictatorship regime.

The government of Salazar and Caetano tried to keep the idea of the Empire, but 48 years ago soldiers came to the streets of Lisbon with flowers inside of their guns protesting against the war in the Portuguese colonies - Angola, Mozambique, and others.

This revolution is called after the flower - The Carnation Revolution. Nowadays the Portuguese celebrate this day with a half marathon along the bridge on 25 April.

Society is very proud of tolerance - people are against any kind of censorship: all TV programs and especially news are in the original language with subtitles in Portuguese. Due to this fact, most population of the country speaks English fluently.

We congratulate everyone with and wish all to celebrate peace soon!
