What is it mean ta***ic touch?

It means that you realised the god is inside of the person you touch and at first - inside of yourself. And it’s so difficult to admit the god inside us! All religious told us that humans have so much sin, that s*xuality is sin. How can i have god inside? How can I feel god inside of another if I don’t admit it inside myself. Ta***ic touch is the touch of innocent god.

It means touch with unconditional love. But how can I touch with unconditional love if I don’t know how it really feels like? If i have childhood trauma or society/family always expects something instead before give me love.

It means touch without expectation. But how can i give this touch if I’m used to achieve the goals? How can i not have expectations if i have so much control, conceptions, thoughts in my mind about world, myself and my partner?

When we give ta***ic touch we heal and ourselves and the partner!

that’s how my client called my hands after the practice.

When I touch the body I always keep my presence on. And through my presence i connect with the presence of the person. By this touch i invite the person to come back to the body.

Then even if this person overstay in the mind it’s coming back to the body. Because the call of my presence is strong and it’s not possible to ignore. And then starting healing.

Because the frequency of the body’s energy is changing when we look at body, when we witness the body.

What we do in ta**ra groups?

There are many ta**ra groups around the world and almost all of them are about connection with heart and god inside the heart.

Ta**ra is a connection energy (feminine aspect) and consciousness (masculine aspect). There is s*xuality and meditation, yin and yang.

This is what we do in ta**ra groups: we waking up the energy and connect it with meditation by different ways. Sometimes it’s individual inner work, sometimes with other people.

I can say only one: ta**ra is connect you with part of god which is always inside you and you will never be the same. It’s so beautiful when heart is open and you see this diamond!

That’s what we will do on the ta**ra practice on this Saturday 02.09 in Costa Caparica!

What is ta**ra session for couples include?

As you know I provide the sessions for the couples. What I teach there? How is it look like?

I teach ta**ra massage ✨
This is the beautiful practice for celebration of love, of trust and also about connection on the levels of heart and soul.

What is this practice include?
- We start with acquaintance and crating the safe space
- I teach to connect with inner center, with breathing
- We turn on the hands and connect it with heart
- I teach beautiful rituals before the practice
- I teach 2 ways of chakra activation in bodywork
- 4 types of ta***ic touch
- Chakra balancing
- Lingam/yoni worshiping (without work - just ritual) for ending the session

During this practice about 5 hours you will practice on each other and will go deeper to the intimacy and love in your couple. This is the best way to practice ta**ra with your partner in safe space.

Next level is yoni and lingam healing but you can book it only after first level - after at least 1 month of practice at home.

Now it’s 250 euro per session, since 1 of September price will be 300 euro per session.

My two important advantages!

I’ve had a conversation recently with my friend who was my client as well. She told me: “you have two very important advantages which very rare possible to find”. I will describe it in this post.

1. Safe space - it’s the most important! People can connect with deeper levels only when they feel absolutely comfortable and safe.

2. Support in every moment of the journey! I feel it like i take your hand in my hand and holding the light in another hand and together we are looking for the path which was lost in the darkness. This is especially important for yoni healing. Because I can’t know your path or go through your path instead of you. But I don’t afraid of any darkness or monsters. And together we can find the path. Your path to yourself.

“Radical love”

is the theme of “boom festival” of this year.

I’m still integrating the experience of this festival which became really powerful shamanic journey for me.

What “radical love” is about for me?
It’s about open heart and acceptance without mind concepts and conditions of mind which is ego. Love to myself, love to people, love to nature, and of course love to god.

And it’s sooo much difficult! All my concepts and conditions floated on the surface!

If i may love and accept myself without concepts and conditions? Or my partner? Other people? Or nature? Or god? I have so much thinking in mind how it should be for being loved!

And in the end there is no difference between me and others, nature, god. All is one!

This is ta**ra, this is really deep spiritual experience🔥

And now my sessions will be few levels deeper after this journey 💃

The levels of contact ✨

I’ve heard a very beautiful comparison recently about communication and coffee latte:)

Latte has four levels - foam, milk, coffee, syrup.

So first level of contact is “foam” - “what is you name, where are you from, you are beautiful”. It’s very superficial level but it’s necessary for starting.

Next level is “milk” - when you talk more about nice stuff but with no difficulties.

Next level is “coffee” - when you are getting close and can talk also about difficulties. Yes, coffee has more bitter taste then milk but it’s also tasty!

The last level is “syrup”, which is the most saturated taste but on the bottom of the cup. This level means that people feel each other on a very deep level and no need to explain. And ta**ra actually can happen on this level!

The problem is that most of people prefer only foam or milk, very seldom coffee. But level of syrup is very rare.

When I teach couples of ta**ra massage I always guide that couples to the level of syrup when no need words to hear each other.

Ta**ra helps us to feel love in the heart. When we feel love we actually feel god.

There is no object for love - person, food, nature or something can just help to feel love but it’s actually only in your heart.

When god (I mean universal energy but not religion) comes to your heart it will heal your pain, fears and traumas.

When god comes to your heart you will never feel lonely because it’s no separation anymore. Loneliness happens when separation is exist. Your soul is the part of god and when you feel love in your heart then your soul is happy to be union with god again.

When you feel god in your heart please will shine it❤️✨

Yoni healing and female ge***al mulitation (circumcision).

This is a very difficult theme but i will write about it.

More then 200 million women over then 30 countries in the world had this terrible operation which makes a very deep body and physiological trauma. I knew about long time ago from the movie “desert flower”.

I didn’t have cases so far in my work of yoni healing but I believe that it can help a lot.

Yoni is a sacred name of feminine ge***al. Women who have this trauma probably never had the experience to this kind of attention to their yoni. Because feminine ge***al in that cultures are considered as something “dirty and necessary to be cut”.

I wish to invite women who have this trauma to practice of yoni healing as well. It should be more sessions, at least 10 and ones in the month or two.

My dear woman! We can go through the mourning about what is not possible to change together. You will forgive yourself and your body. You will find the connection with your body and femininity again. It’s safe now. And you deserve it.

Kundalini energy 🔥🔥🔥

Sometimes this energy is waking up during the session of ta**ra massage or yoni healing. It’s not always happen but could be a very powerful experience.

What is kundalini energy? This is divine energy which lives in sacrum. Sometimes it’s waking up during the spiritual practices like yoga (especially kundalini yoga), breathing, ta**ra massage and another practices.
After waking up it starts flowing up through the spine and activates all energy centres which calls chakras. When chakras work better the person will become stronger and more connected with great spirit.

The experience of waking up the kundalini energy is very interesting. Body can start shaking, getting hot, sweating, could be intense or****ic feelings through all the body, sensitivity getting more high. People compare it with using drugs but it’s natural power of divine human body.

If you want to experience it then I recommend you to practice more. It’s possible to everyone!🔥

Why safe space is so important for massage?

Because people can connect with emotions only when they feel safe. When we connected with difficult emotion and just let it be it’s disappear.

It’s very easy to make safe space!
There is three conditions should be - warm, dark and silence.
Also i have to be calm, accepting and grounded.

That’s why I always prepare the space and myself for an hour before every session! And i come back to my life about an hour also after the session. So if we work 3 hours it means for me that 5 hours at least. Every session is unique and never repeated again.

And when people come second or third time to the session they go deeper to themselves because they have already knew me and my hands.

Vaginismus and yoni healing

Many women in the world are suffering because of this problem. Sometimes they think like every woman has this feelings and even don’t know that it’s possible to live without it.

Vaginismus is an involuntary muscle spasm and pain during the s*xual activity or gynaecology research. It can be different reactions starting with just a little pain till panic attack.

It has many reasons and sometimes woman can connect Vaginismus with some experience in her live or sometimes is not. Sometimes it’s happening from the childhood, sometimes in adult age or after the pregnancy or infection.

During yoni healing session we go slowly only with woman’s speed and research together, what it hiding inside. Most of the time it’s better to do few sessions like 5-7 to treat it well. I recommend to do the session ones in the month because the system will renovate during the period.

Woman needs another woman!

I gave wonderful session of yoni healing few days ago and i was really inspired by this thought!

This world is in very masculine energies and we need more feminine for the balance on the planet.

Masculine energy is about “the world is not enough”, about challenging, competition, discovering, logic, direction, goal, world is outside.
Feminine energy is about “everything is enough”, taking care about here and now, accepting, feelings, emotions, chaos, flow, world is inside.
There are two aspects which should be in balance and in every person and also in the world. Actually ta**ra helps to balance it.

Now the world is too much in masculine energy and many women are also use it. And women need another women to remember feminine energy in the safe place.

When i give yoni healing I’m moving with the speed of woman and not expect anything (like man could expect excitement or something). I just give her safe and supportive space to connect with her own.

This is not about “do”, this is about “be”. And it heals a lot!

What kind of ta**ra i practice?

There are few kind of ta**ra directions.

🪷 white ta**ra - this is what i practice.
This is about connecting with god through the soul, about connecting dualities in whole, about love and meditation. When s*xual energy on the high centers it’s getting be more soft and shining. The goal of white ta**ra is worshiping of god and live every moment of live in conscious and deep spiritual connection with universe.

🍓 red ta**ra - this ta**ra is using the s*xual energy for exiting and more intense or**sm. Also it’s a lot of naked practices and a lot of wild raw s*xual energy. This level is very helpful when you want to wake up your energy and feel life more intense. If you visit red ta**ra please take care about your boundaries.

🏴‍☠️black ta**ra - this ta**ra use s*xual energy for manipulation of people and black magic. This is very bad for karma and I definitely not recommend to practice it ever.

Woman breasts🌺

So many women are worry about the size and shape of the breasts! Especially after having a baby…

Women afraid that man will not love breast which is “not perfect”. So they do implants to prove they still “perfect”.

But the truth is that men are looking for love which will nourish them! When mother feed the baby with milk there so much love! Men are looking for the same nourishment just another form of it!

My dear woman! If your heart is open and give love - there is no any more beautiful breasts for your man then your breasts!

How to open the heart? Ta**ra, women practices, breathwork.
Sometimes it’s not easy because too much pain from men but step by step you can clean all you pain. I know you can.

What is the difference between tantic s*x and regular s*x? At least 5 differences:

1. Ta***ic are in a good connection with their own body and feel deeply every movement and touch. Not ta***ic - make s*x just like sport exercises.
2. Ta***ic are grounded on the body and their mind is in silence. They enjoy the process through the body but not through the mind. Not ta***ic are always somewhere else and not involved to the process so much.
3. Ta***ic have the open sensations and feel and enjoy the energies of their own body and the partner. Not ta***ic doing quickly and focused on mechanical part.
4. Ta***ic can work with attention and can do each other energy stronger. Energy is always following the attention. Not ta***ic loose the energy during s*x and after can only sleep:)
5. Ta***ic knows meditation and can connect with god and can feel the pure existence during s*x. Not ta***ic just make a physical action like all animals can do.

It’s only one way when not ta***ic people can feel a little bit like ta***ic - when they fall in love passionately first couple of months. Ta***ic people always feel in love and don’t need even partner for that. Because love is always inside.
