Sour Gnome is one of those that bites the tongue. It took passion fruit and guava, BUT(!) don't be surprised by the juicy mango and citrus notes that you will feel when you taste it. What doesn't come from the fruit comes from the hops (Azacca) that Dois Corvos used in this collab with their Croatian friends, from

O estilo GOSE nasceu na cidade de Goslar, na Alemanha. As Gose são geralmente fabricadas com pelo menos 50% de trigo e têm a particularidade de ter uma forte salinidade (resultado de fontes de água locais ou adição de sal).

Gose pertence à mesma família de cervejas de trigo azedo que já foram fabricadas no norte da Alemanha e nos Países Baixos. Outras cervejas desta família são witbier belga, Berliner Weisse e Hannover Broyhan.

The GOSE style was born in the city of Goslar, Germany. Gose are generally made with at least 50% wheat and have the particularity of having a strong salinity (the result of local water sources or the addition of salt).

Gose belongs to the same family of sour wheat beers that were once brewed in northern Germany and the Netherlands. Other beers in this family are Belgian witbier, Berliner Weisse and Hannover Broyhan.
