The apartment is situated in Bemposta, Portimão, in a gated community with Swimming Pools and Coffee Shop. It is located in between Alvor and Portimão, so it only takes a 5 min. drive to Portimão, Praia da Rocha, and a 5 min. drive to Alvor. Also it is just a 5min. drive to the supermarkets Continente, Lidl, and Aldi.
There is a beautiful swimming pool area, that only the residents and guests from the building have access.
The apartment is situated on the first floor, in a building with no elevator. The access is done by stairs.
The apartment is composed by 2 Bedrooms, Bathroom, Equipped Kitchen, Living Room with Sofa and a single small Sofa-Bed and Balcony.
The Kitchen Area is equipped with Cooker, Oven, Exhauster, Combined Fridge, Microwave, Coffee Machine, Toaster, and also with basic kitchen utensils such as Pans, Frying Pans, Kitchen Towels, Plates, Cutlery, Glasses, etc.

The Living Room is equipped with 2 Sofas (one is a sofa and the other one is a small sofa-bed that fits 1 kid), TV and has a dining area equipped with a Table that fits 4 People.

The apartment is situated in Portimão, in Vila Rosa, near Praia da Rocha, in a gated community with 2 Swimming Pools and Tennis Court. Only a 2 min. drive or a 10 min walk to Praia da Rocha, a 10 min. drive to Alvor, and only a 5min. drive to the supermarkets Continente, Lidl, Aldi, or Pingo Doce.
Outside the building (and inside the gated community) there are 2 separated swimming pool areas and also a Tennis Court, that only the residents and guests from the building have access. The Tennis Court is able to use by renting the material at the reception, the costs are borne by the guest.
The apartment is situated on the ground floor, but it is a tall apartment so it similiar to a 1st floor, and the building has an elevator.
The apartment is composed by 1 Bedroom, Bathroom, Equipped Kitchen, Spacious Living Room with Sofa-Bed and Private Terrace.
The Kitchen Area is equipped with Cooker, Oven, Exhauster, Combined Fridge, Washing Machine, Microwave, Coffee Machine, Toaster, and also with basic kitchen utensils such as Pans, Frying Pans, Kitchen Towels, Plates, Cutlery, Glasses, etc.
