Many happy recipients of the great fish dishes prepared by our volunteers. Once again, a big thank you to Isabelle Dominguez, Clube Naval de Portimão and Portugal Ocean.

The Portimao Soup Kitchen received 9 crates of fish from a recent deep-sea fishing championship held in Portimao. A huge thank you to Isabelle Dominguez of the Clube Naval de Portimão for sharing their spectacular catch with the customers of The Portimao Soup Kitchen, and Portugal Ocean. Volunteers stepped in to help clean, prepare, and freeze to use in upcoming meals. A photo of massinha de peixe that was prepared and served to many delighted recipients.

A generous donation was received from Castelo de Sonhos for the Portimao Soup Kitchen - after a successful play- The Internet of Things - with all proceeds going to charity. Thank you to the community for supporting this wonderful initiative.

280 meals were prepared and served on Sunday. The kitchen was buzzing as Ian and Wendy worked their magic and the sandwich, cake, and fruit stations were preparing and chatting and filling bags with amazing goodies donated to The Portimao Soup Kitchen.

The Food Co. donating 600 meals a week to local food bank For the past few years, the Portimão Soup Kitchen has been receiving hundreds of meals every week in donations from The Food Co’s Portimão branch.

Attention wonderful community! We are in need of a sewing machine donation to help a woman start up her small business. If you have a machine that you are no longer using and would like to donate it to a good cause, please get in touch with us. Portimao Soup Kitchen Established May 2010 by International Christian Fellowship feeding 12 people. Pre covid 25-40 peopl
