This velvety oat grain based risotto is a recipe from a past collaboration we did with and . Creamy pumpkin puree is mixed in with the soft, slowly cooked grains and finally topped off with watercress leaves to ensure this dish is golden in more than just appearance!

Oops... We did it again!
The pasta factory at Venn is churning out another delightful plate of something wonderfully Italian inspired! 🙈🇮🇹

This time it’s Penne Neapolitan style. And moreover, we get along with the Halloween mood and add in some sweet and creamy hokkaido pumpkin sauce around the al dente penne.

And not just any old apple! It's the queen of them all! The Reinette might not be the sweetest but don't we all enjoy a dose of something sour in our life from time to time. But let us tell you something: she is extremely healthy and definitely takes care of your sugar levels!

This week she is in great company - sitting on a bed of smokey white bean hummus and decorated with some peppery and spicy watercress.

Yes, we know that September brought us 6 retrograding planets but KEEP CALM AND CURRY ON.😎

Our brand new recipe in the menu this week is packed full of spices (swipe to the end, we aren't exaggerating!) and magical aromas to send you on your retrogratory path. Our aubergine curry is served with a super easy to make homemade flatbread. 🍆Created to be devoured in a calm or not so calm manner (that's up to you!).
Now back to those planets...

We don't know if you are familiar with polish pierogis, but if you are not you should definitely become so! 🙃
And to those who have tried to make them from scratch, you might already be aware that it takes quite some effort.
With this weeks dish, we are giving you the easy way out to these pierogis. Łazanki is a 'deconstructed' version of this typical dish. Let the satisfied smile of Iga be the prove of hustle free deliciousness.

Besides the pierogis, also worth checking out is Iga's beautiful graphical design work at . Being Polish (and now calling Porto home), she is very familiar with this fabulous and easy to prep dish.😍😍

If you know us well, you will know that we always have mush room for mushrooms.🍄🙈
Even more so in this month of September which is un-officially mushroom month for many of us! (Check out 's happy face for confirmation 😁). And hence, back on the menu comes our oyster mushroom tagliatelle, prepared to perfection with delicious oat cream from and seasoned with most typical of flavours from Provence - Thyme, Rosemary, and Basil. 🌱

Persian inspired Turmeric and Spinach Stew is back and couldn't get enough of it!

What more does one need in life than good bread and good wine?🍞🍷
Turns out that the Spanish know it all too well. 💜
Just throw in some almonds, garlic and water, blend it all together and out comes a freakishly good soup!
Ajoblanco - also known as the white gazpacho is this week's sparkling star on our menu⭐️

This dish might have needed a little bit of souping up and framing (thanks to the brilliant work of 📸), but the recipe is still packs all of awesomess of a classic summer stirfry. Slightly springy Udon noodles mixed with with bunch of crunchy vegetables dressed in a rich and creamy peanut butter sauce.🥕🥦🥜

You must be POKEing me! Poke without fresh fish? wth? 🙈
As usual, we use a helping hand from for our sea inspired dishes. In this case, this classic polynesian dish is presented with samphire (salicornia) coated tofu.🌱

This is an intersting dish, almost eponymous with Hawaii but does carry a load of flavours reminiscent to Japanese cuisine.

Equally interesting is the person eating it here. 😉 In between her modelling work with , Carolina is also part of the collective where she let's her creativity run free! She also supports the great work of and is a proud mum of her beautiful dog Benfi.
