Rui Miguel Abreu has been writing professionally about music since 1989. He has worked for the newspapers 𝘈 𝘊𝘢𝘱𝘪𝘵𝘢𝘭 and 𝘋𝘪𝘢́𝘳𝘪𝘰 𝘥𝘦 𝘕𝘰𝘵𝘪𝘤𝘪𝘢𝘴 , the weekly 𝘚𝘦7𝘦 and magazines such as 𝘕𝘶𝘮𝘦𝘳𝘰, 𝘖𝘱. or 𝘜𝘮𝘣𝘪𝘨𝘰, 𝘋𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘊𝘭𝘶𝘣 and 𝘑𝘢𝘻𝘻.𝘱𝘵 Currently, he spreads words through the virtual pages of 𝘉𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘻, a publication with which he has collaborated since 2004, and through the real ones of 𝘌𝘹𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘰. He also is the director of the digital magazine 𝘙𝘪𝘮𝘢𝘴 𝘦 𝘉𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘥𝘢𝘴 and is the author of various programmes on Antena 3.

On Saturday, Porto Pop continues at Maus Hábitos with 𝘋𝘰𝘯 𝘓𝘦𝘵𝘵𝘴, 𝘙𝘶𝘪 𝘔𝘪𝘨𝘶𝘦𝘭 𝘈𝘣𝘳𝘦𝘶 and 𝘙𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘳𝘥𝘰 𝘚𝘢𝘭𝘢𝘻𝘢𝘳 taking over the dance floor.

Unfortunately, Zöe Howe had to cancel and won’t come. We hope to welcome her soon.

Don Letts turned a whole generation of punks onto reggae. His first film "The Punk Rock Movie" is the only documentary on the U.K punk scene featuring The S*x Pistols, The Clash and many others.

He's a DJ, member of Big Audio Dynamite and has released the book "There and Black Again: The Autobiography of Don Letts".

John Robb is a many-faceted creature: musician, author, journalist, DJ, publisher and talking head.

One of the leading post punk fanzine writers in the UK with 𝘙𝘰𝘹 before he went on to write for the rock press with 𝘚𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘥𝘴, was the first person to interview 𝘕𝘪𝘳𝘷𝘢𝘯𝘢, coined the expression 𝘉𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘱𝘰𝘱 and was instrumental in kick starting and documenting the 𝘔𝘢𝘥𝘤𝘩𝘦𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘳 scene with his writing.

Author of many books like 𝘗𝘶𝘯𝘬 𝘙𝘰𝘤𝘬 - 𝘢𝘯 𝘖𝘳𝘢𝘭 𝘏𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘰𝘳𝘺 and 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘚𝘵𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘙𝘰𝘴𝘦𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘙𝘦𝘴𝘶𝘳𝘳𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘰𝘧 𝘉𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘴𝘩 𝘗𝘰𝘱 is currently finishing writing a new book on Goth and post punk called 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘈𝘳𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘋𝘢𝘳𝘬𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴.

Vivien Goldman is a music journalist, a reggae scholar, Bob Marley biographer, a woman who is known as NYU's “Professor of Punk”, author of 𝘙𝘦𝘴𝘰𝘭𝘶𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘳𝘺 (𝘚𝘰𝘯𝘨𝘴 1979-1982) whose recordings helped build post-punk at its magic hour.
