After 4 successful years improving the life of many amazing clients.. Helping them change physically, emotionally and mentally.. PUSH ME UP IS MOVING to the other side of the Algarve - as i am also now stoked to say that i went back to college (degree in OSTEOPATHY) to help improve the lifes os many others even more!!
I will be posting in the next few days - weeks some cool pics and videos of the impact of PMUp on some cool peeps that decided that change is a good thing. Now its time for us to move on ;)
Remember, the only thing that is constant in the Universe is change ! Keep your mind flowing and the rest will follow!
