Preform Traffic Impact Studies, Traffic Impact Assessment and Mitigation
Prepare Traffic Impact Studies (TIS) reports
Carry traffic operational analysis, traffic management and road diversion
Carry out transport modelling and planning
Estimate developments trip generation.
Carry out and/or assist in road and highway geometric design.
Code and update the strategic transport model.
Analyze and mitigate signalized / un-signalized intersections.
Create roads and intersections conceptual layout.
Perform Traffic Micro-Simulation
Meet with stakeholders and clients to satisfy their design requirements.

Perform structural analysis and design on buildings and infrastructures
Preparation of design calculation report and sheet.
Preparation of design drawings.
Attend technical meetings

The Wakra Beach public area houses a number of Cafeterias and toilets, that are provided to public visitors and users of the beach.
Seero’s Team have worked closely with the Client ( PWA) & MMUP in order to produce a design meeting all client requirements & regulations ( PWA standards ).

Seero scope was to Design the HVAC, plumbing & Electrical Power supply and develop a detailed design for all the buildings involved ( Toilets & Cafeteria ) along with BOQ & Specs.

The stadium is one of the stadiums built for 2022 World Cup and all the surrounding roads are redesigned to be fitted with the new function.

Seero had design cover slab of existing potable water chambers in QN90 (including QN005-P03). In addition to review and verify the received design calculations for the retaining wall and street lighting structural foundations.

Mushaireb Metro Station project is one of the biggest and most complicated stations in Qatar. The Project area is about 125,000 sqm which has the intersection of 3 lines (Gold, Red and Green Lines) located in Mushaireb Area in Doha, Qatar.

Seero scope was to Design the Road and External Utilities for the Wadi Mushaireb Road
The scope includes :

• Firefighting Systems
• Drainage Systems
• Water supply Systems

Seero has studied and designed the Site Development Review Plans in addition to the Parking Management System (PMS) and Way-finding Design for basement and ground floor levels of Gulf Mall. The traffic circulation, design geometry, ticket machines locations, and the queue analysis were discussed and presented for the PMS design based on the existing and future road layouts.
