The oil is cold-produced from hand-picked olives, left to rest in the ground and packaged without being filtered immediately before shipping.
The “Mosto Oro” exemplifies the typical characteristics of Taggiasco Extra Virgin Olive Oil produced without compromising quality. In particular, our oil mill carries out a two-phase oil extraction, which allows us to obtain oils that are relatively richer in polyphenols and therefore tastier and more fragrant.

Sicily is in the house! Check out our new pasta from the heart of the island. Made with organic durum wheat flour, a truly authentic Italian treat. Try it with any of our sauces or if you want to go super easy, just chop some fresh cherry tomatoes, add some olive oil and a couple of basilico leaves and you're set. Fresh and summery.
If you're in the mood for truffles, now is the right time to be! Black truffles are coming up and we are turning them into delicious plates, whether in our home made ravioli, with tagliatelle and butter or in risotti. Ask our team which truffle dish we offer today!
Ever wondered what the coperto is? It’s specific to Italian restaurants, and includes a treat you get as soon as you sit down. Ours is making sure you get our best extra virgin olive oil, balsamic condiment and pure sea salt and pepper next to our freshly baked bread and pastry, made every morning on site. So you enjoy waiting for your order no matter how hungry you are. Now you know ;)

Ever tried our signature cocktails? Made in house and packed to go but also to enjoy on our shadowy terrace in the evening, they are the pride of our manager, Lucian, who put all his might into turning a little bottle into a little treasure.
In GRANO, summer is green. Pesto green. Get our own home made pesto di basilico to enjoy over your pasta at home. For "like my mother used to make it" results, put a couple of spoonfuls in a bowl (per person), then add another two-three spoons of warm water (the one you're boiling the pasta in is just fine) and mix until you get a nice smooth paste. When your pasta is boiled al dente, strain it and add onto the pesto sauce. Add parmigiano to taste. Best served with our RUMMO pasta. Enjoy!
