Spokes is that bike shop where people and their bikes are being taken care of. If someone would ask us “What is it that you care the most in your business?!”, we would say right away “Team Spokes”. People working with us need to feel in their element, understood and happy to serve the others by using their skills and experience. Caring firstly about our team basically means to end up with customers (that so often come to Spokes as our clients, and leave as our friends) having a great experience in our shop, no matter of their bike-related question:
