Geometria, Proporțiile, Contrastul, Lumina, Materialul, sunt unelte pe care le folosim atât eu cât și Bianca. Amândouă le folosim în relație cu oamenii și corpul lor ca să creăm emoții.

Întâi le-am folosit pe noi și pentru noi - ca să ne simțim într-un fel. Atât Bianca cât și eu am trecut prin faza în care foloseam toate uneltele noastre ca să ne acoperim. Când e complicat să te uiți în oglindă pui pe tine haine, machiaj, kilograme si filtre.

De ceva timp, lucrurile stau fix invers.

Și am început chiar cu noi însene.

Din 2019 când a încolțit în mintea mea , acolo sunt, acolo lucrez. La LUMINĂ. O folosesc, o mut, uneori mă pun în ea, alte ori o pun pe oamenii mei, pe subiectele importante pentru mine, pe multe corpuri și pe multe idei.

Noi două ne zicem povestea si vrem sa o știm și pe-a voastră.

E timpul să ne ridicăm standardele (și stima de sine) și să ne bucurăm de corpurile noastre exact așa cm sunt: FABULOASE și EXTRAordinare. SELF LOVE-ul a fost mereu într-o relație complicată cu FASHION-ul. Bianca si Ioana își propun să le pună față în față.

Începem cu o discuție între și – două femei care vorbesc deschis despre cm e să te descoperi, să te accepți și să îți îmbrățișezi frumusețea unică. Spoiler alert: o să fie plin de adevăruri spuse pe față. Apoi vrem sa creăm un spațiu unde să vorbim și cu voi fără filtre despre cm ne simțim în pielea noastră, despre provocările și bucuriile de a fi noi înșine. Fără judecăți, doar suport și solidaritate.
După ce terminăm cu talk-ul inspirațional, e timpul să descoperi ce funcționează pentru corpul tău. Workshopurile noastre de brand personal la fel ca si toate workshopurile de la ZOFretreats, nu sunt deloc așa cm te-ai aștepta. Sigur, teoria e bună și învățarea din experiență e nice, dar la ultimul nostru workshop de brand personal am făcut lucrurile puțin altfel.

Am invitat toate femeile minunate să își construiască brandul vizual într-un mod super fun. Cum? Cu foarfece, lipici și carioci – ca la ora de abilități practice, dar let’s call it ELEVATED PLAYFULNESS. Să ai în fața ta o planșă plină de idei culori, imagini e un exercițiu de vizualizare care îți dă un boost de claritate. Iar un lucru atât de simplu poate fi fix chestia aia care te motivează.

Și asta nu e tot. .lupu.psih ne-a arătat cm să ne descoperim majoreta interioară, a pictat portretele noastre pe pânză. VIS.

În mai puțin de o lună ne vedem la retreatul de la .

În timp ce Iron Man 🦸🏻‍♂️ are nevoie de mască și costum ca să fie mai puternic, adevărata frumusețe a unui brand personal vine tocmai din renunțarea la măștile construite de-o viață.

Asta e diferența dintre un brand personal construit pe baza unor trenduri și armuri și unul care reflectă cu adevărat cine suntem și rezonează cu squad-ul potrivit.

Pentru aceast reBRANDING, am ales un twist arhitectural și geometric, integrând culorile pământului pentru a păstra conexiunea cu natura. Am păstrat vibe-ul indie, friendly, dar am adăugat și o notă subtilă de seriozitate prin linii drepte și alegerea fonturilor moderne, fără serife.

It brings us great joy to recall the meaningful photography project "1000 chipuri, 1000 de emotii" we undertook in 2022 and 2023, capturing the whole array of emotions of the people of Humanistic in an authentic and vulnerable way. 🤍

Each member had unique perspectives on their emotional puzzle, making the project challenging and rewarding. It's a beautiful reminder that no matter who we are or what we do, we all experience the same emotions.
