With over 10 years of experience, Mălina has an impressive career path in the truest sense of the word. Starting from the position of Java Software Developer, Mălina quickly became a Scrum Manager thanks to her skills (technical and interpersonal). Mălina worked for 2 and a half years as an Agile Coach and about 4 years as a trainer. She then continued her career as a Senior Project Manager at one of the largest IT companies in Cluj-Napoca. Currently, she is the executive director of eggs unimedia Romania.

Mălina Sabău, Managing Director, eggs unimedia Romania for .ro "I let myself surprised and didn't refuse any suitable opportunity".

Although, as a child, she wanted a career in medicine to help people, once she stepped into the university, she realized that this help could come in another form: "I knew that I would study and be able to get to the point where my work would have a major impact and that I will be a person who will help create paths for others." Sneak peek into our second year celebrating Halloween together! The office was transformed into a haunted haven, with cobwebs, pumpkins, and strange decorations around every corner. Each colleague got into the spirit, showing up in a fantastic array of costumes, from witches and vampires to superheroes and movie characters. We enjoyed a wickedly delicious spread of snacks and treats, and the costume contest was a graveyard smash. It was a fantastic way to bond and unwind, making this Halloween party a hauntingly good time for all.

🏃🏃 Our annual eggs run took place on what seems to be the last warm autumn day in Cluj-Napoca! Together we ran in two types of races: 4km and 8km. In addition, this year, we had supporters and colleagues who increased their number of steps during Walking Month. We are proud of every colleague who took this opportunity to create a healthier lifestyle.

📚📖🎒 Our very first CSR campaign was a real success! This year, we invited Victor Miron to visit our office with one of the two magical Booktrucks that ONG managed to create and operate. ro mission is to visit each village from Transilvania and help kids discover their passion for reading.
We decided to help so, our team gathered almost 300 books for kids and made consistent donations from book benefits.
We also had some fun together by discovering what a minivan converted in a Wheels library looks like and ending up reading riddles.
