🍳 Uova in Purgatorio is an Italian breakfast recipe, most associated with Neapolitan cuisine.

What makes this dish so impressive? The simple ingredients are turned into a fantastic meal, but this isn't something new, because we all know that the Neapolitans are especially good at turning humble ingredients into something amazingly tasty.

The catchy name refers both to the appearance and flavor of the eggs. The amorphous egg white encircling the yolks is said to evoke the souls of those in Purgatory. The red, spicy sauce represents the flames surrounding the souls of the doomed. A somber take on such a delicious dish!

We reinvented this dish adding nduja sauce but kept the rest of the ingredients as classic as possible.

Our breakfast menu has two entries for those who love Japanese bread, a nice spread, and poached eggs. And who doesn't, right?

🍳 Smoked salmon, poached eggs, and a delicious ricotta cream topped with salmon roe on fluffy Japanese bread - a dish that goes perfectly with this vacation mood everywhere around us.

🥑 Poached eggs, soft avocado cream, the element of surprise - crispy guanciale, the same delicious Japanese bread, and a distinct hollandaise sauce with sriracha - a dish created for those who enjoy spicing up their routine a little bit every day.
