Summer has a its own pace, for everyone! 🌞 Today, we are happy to share a few moments from the summer internship programme in Odorheiu Secuiesc - Székelyudvarhely organized by IT Plus Cluster featuring Codespring and other companies! 😎 What is nice about this type of internship is that the theoretical part is done for all the students in one place, while the practical part will be followed by project, at different companies! 💻🤖

Last week was about in a way!💡 We were happy to welcome secondary school students at our offices from Cluj-Napoca, on the occasion of School In A Different Way 2024 national programme.

During the visit, the group from C.N. Silvania Zalău had the chance to meet our software development team and learn more about the work, the projects and potential careers in the field. 📱 💻Hoping that our story inspired them for the future, we wish as many of them as possible to pursue a career in IT and programming.

We are proud to have such a creative Team! Our junior colleagues ruled the KultOn Digital Kaláka competition organized in Odorheiul Secuiesc / Székelyudvarhely! 🚀Not only they held on and worked hard on their applications, with minimal amount of sleep during the 2-day hackathon, but their teams earned the 1st, 2nd and the Special Prize of the competition! 🥳 Congrats!

A great experience for about 50 🎒students enrolled in the first year of studies at 🏦Sapientia EMTE Târgu Mures, Faculty of Informatics: they learned about our company, about the Codespring Mentoring Program and met several mentees. 🧑‍🏫. At the end of the presentation, one of the students, who completed the funny mini-quiz, was awarded with a VIBE Festival-pass!🎆

Big journeys begin with small steps! ❤ We are so glad to share with you the genuine joy that children from vulnerable communities from Transylvania had at our arrival! 🎁 Together with Gondviselés Segélyszervezet , our Codespring team has delivered equipment and school materials for pupils enrolled in the kindergarden and primary school of Biborțeni – Bibarcfalva, Bodos and Valea Zălanului – Zalanpatak. School sets for around 71 kids attending these remote educational institutions were handed over and we know that there is still need for more to be done!

On our way, we have also made a stop at The Daily Care Center of The Community Service Complex from Baraolt, where 14 children from disadvantaged families are enrolled. We hope that the school materials and clothing that we managed to offer will help during the school year and will be remembered as a sign of hope and trust in the community’s help.

💡Even if there are more and actions in which Codespring team is being involved for many years, we consider the access to in vulnerable and remote communities as one of the most critical topics.
