2️⃣ Call/text the driver and make sure he's alright and he is following the delivery plan. Check up the other plans for the day.
3️⃣ Make sure you have all the searches on the load board for the current day.
4️⃣ Update all the brokers that you have loads with and provide ETA's.

○ Don’t panic. If you’re calm, your driver will be too.
○ Ask the driver what is happening, where they are and if they’re safe.
○ If it’s dangerous, tell your driver to pull over and stay put until help arrives.
○ Know who to reach out to - tow services, emergency responders or roadside assistance.
○ Keep checking in with your driver until everything’s sorted.

🎶 Meet Radu B. one of our dispatchers, who finds his rhythm not just in managing loads, but also in strumming his guitar! 🎸 His passion for playing and singing reminds us all that it's important to make time for what inspires us.

👉Playing guitar for almost 13 years now, here's what he had to say about his routine: "I usually try to keep the same pattern of practicing daily, either before going to work or even after. Playing an instrument after 10 PM is not pleasant for my neighbors, so I need to find a way to play softer each time, thus increasing my techniques", explains Radu B smiling.
