Jim ‘N’ Jack’s Ruins OPENED!
JIM ‘N’ JACK’s bar (a.k.a JnJ expat bar) is the first and longest running home of the English language Comedy scene in Moscow. Resembling the tight, cozy yet electrifying atmosphere of the Comedy Cellar in New York City, we have been putting on comedy shows, Acoustic Open Mics and Expat Events every week since early 2015; from an hour of improv comedy courtesy of the acclaimed Moscow Improv Club (MIC) to the oft lauded Pro-Am Stand-up comedy show featuring comedians from all over the world; from television and radio stars who have performed the world-over, to promising first timers and beginners. The atmosphere is intimate, snug and absolutely exhilarating. Always on the edge of their seats, anticipating anything and everything from the performers on stage and from each other, our audience never leaves without a few strained abdominal muscles due to excessive laughter.
So, no matter where you come from, what brings you to Moscow, how long you’re in town for or even what level of English you speak, come and be a part of our ongoing tradition of Peace, Love and Anarchy.
