Предлагаем объединить эту традицию и гастрономическую программу нашего ресторана Black Bar&Grill

Сразу после новогодней ночи проснитесь вместе с «похмельным» сетом — горячительные и брускетты с сельдью. То, что нужно!

Второго января насладитесь устрицами и запейте игристым под звуки гитары. А третьего приходите согреваться ароматным пряным глинтвейном.

В четверг ждём всех эстетов — будем дегустировать Камчатского краба под брызги игристого и аккомпанемент клавишных. А в пятницу ждём любителей настоек — вас ждёт сет по специальной цене.

В канун Рождества согреем горячим мандариновым пуншем, а 7 января готовим для вас мастер-класс от шефа : возьмём большого рождественского гуся и приготовим на общей тарелке с овощами. Будет сочно, сытно и весело! добавит атмосферы.

Ну а в последний выходной насладимся с вами нежнейшим тар-таром из говядины и запьём благородным красным вином.

Но праздники на этом не заканчиваются!
С 10 по 17 января объявляем сезон мандаринов: будем радовать вас экспериментами шефа. Начнём с мягкого жареного камамбера, политого сладким мандариновым вареньем, продолжим салатом с ароматной говядиной и мандарином — необычное сочетание, согласитесь? — и завершим нежным утиным филе с муссом из моркови и мандариновым соусом. Уже не терпится всё попробовать!

А с 17 по 24 января запускаем сезон крабов. Будем экспериментировать, пробовать новое и радовать вкусовые рецепторы.

Ожидается насыщенная программа. Без вас не обойтись!)
