When you start dating someone, take it slow. Don't confuse your intense feelings for what is necessary for a relationship. Because eventually the intensity will subside - this is a guarantee.

And then what you're left with are two flawed people with specific values, goals, traumas and histories. This is when you find out if you have what it takes to build a life together

LOVE COMES WITH EVIDENCE

When a person truly loves and care about you, you don't need to remind them of taking care of you because they'll willingly make time for you no matter how tight their issues might be.

1. You find a handsome one, the brain is empty.
2. You find a brilliant one. He looks too serious.
3. You find a rich one, he is disrespectful.
4. You find a hard-working one, he never has time for you.
5. You find a serious one, his EX keeps calling.
6. You find a humble one, he is broke.
7. You find a responsible one, he is not romantic.
8. You find an educated one, he feels he is always right.
9. You find an illiterate one, he always gets angry whenever you correct him.
10. You find a smart one, he lies every time.

When Something Is Meant For You.

1. When something is meant for you, you won't feel the need to beg, convince, or force. Things will feel easeful, grounded & safe.

2. When something is meant for you, it will not make you question or second guess your worth. Instead, it will remind you how worthy & loved you truly are.

3. When something is meant for you, it will feel healthy & supportive, not toxic or destructive.

4. When something is meant for you, it will not run, hide or avoid being yours. You do not have to chase after anything or anyone if it's meant for you.

5. When something is meant for you, it will bring clarity & alignment to your life, not chaos & confusion.

Maybe I still don't know what exactly I want in my life, but I do really know what I don't want.

I don't want stressful and messy life, toxic relationships, unclear intentions, uncertain feelings or temporary people..
I don't want more tears before sleep, sad days, or painful nights..

I just want to forget everything and start again.

Always be yourself. Never try to impress people. The more you impress others, the more you stress yourself. Live within your means, don't pretend to be something you're not. It's okay

- to repeat clothes
- to not upgrade your phone, if it functions
- to buy cheap/affordable things
- to stay indoors

If social media showed you, the real lives of people, instead of the life they project, you would actually feel sorry for some people you're envious of. Many people project a life of flex aka soft life on social media. From afar their lives look fine, but in reality their lives afar from fine

Don't spend money you don't have, on things you can't afford, just to get strangers online applaud & clap for you. Those same people will laugh at you, if you find yourself in poverty tomorrow.

Sometimes, all you have to do is to believe that one day, all the sadness in your heart will disappear. I want you to know that it's okay not to be a fighter sometimes. You don't have to be strong all the time. When nothing seems to give you reasons to be positive in life, you just have to go with the flow and stay alive. I don't know where you came from, and I don't know what you've been through in life. But I know you're one of those sad souls who wishes to be saved. It's okay, you don't always have to push yourself to be fine.

I want you to know that it's okay to be sad. It's okay to be tired. It's okay to feel hopeless sometimes. But please don't give up on yourself especially when nobody’s there to save you. Promise yourself that no matter how hard it is, you'll always choose to live. Maybe it's hard to be okay right now, but I hope someday you find happiness and peace despite of all that you've been through. All the sadness and pain that you feel right now will be gone someday. Not because it is what most people say, but because you're a good person and you don't deserve it.

Young minds, don’t fall in love with smiles. Or calm eyes, soft palms, and pink cheeks. Not with how people dress or the way they look on photos.

Fall in love with mindset. With character. With the way people handle themselves. Fall in love with people who can carry themselves so well as if the world isn’t a terrible place. Who are sure of what they want or that they’ll gonna be something even when they don’t know what yet. Fall in love with people who have that fire. Who get lost sometimes but always find their way. Who are true to their feelings. Who are willing to meet different versions of themselves—the ecstatic, the thrilled, the sad, the frustrated—and know how to tame all those. Fall in love with people who know themselves on a different level so others don’t confuse them and they don’t confuse others.

Fall in love with people who are in love with themselves. Only people who love themselves know how to love others

I won’t tell you that I have all the answers, because most of the time, I don’t.
I may know where I’m going but not always how I’m getting there.
I’ve had my fair share of pain, heartache and tragedy, but I always managed to dig my way out of the messes I found myself in..
Especially in love.
I think I wanted so much to have someone love me that I ignored the red flags, overlooked things I shouldn’t have and walked blindly too often into relationships that I had no business chasing.
And it always left me broken a little more each time and a little less hopeful in the future.
Truth is, if I could listen to my heart and soul, follow their lead and silence my mind…
Things would probably be different.
But it’s hard to do when you’re lying in bed,overthinking and imagining all the worst possibilities.
Maybe I won’t always be able to let my soul lead the way,
But I’m trying.
I know what I need to do to grow as a person and find myself and it’s going to take a little time..
And that’s okay- I have plenty of time to get it right,
For myself, for my people I love and for my life.
I’m both a masterpiece and a work in progress, so I’ve promised myself to take it slow, grow with each experience and stop being so hard on myself.
I’m never going to be perfect and neither is life..
So, I’m letting those ridiculous ideals go and focusing on something better.
Just being happy.
Maybe I won’t get it right all the time, but I’m going to let my soul lead my way through my life.
I’ll get there.
Might not be easy, but I’ll find my way.

Find someone like this.

Find somebody who is willing to fix their mistakes when they are in the wrong.

Find someone who knows that date nights are mandatory.

Find someone who never punishes you for the mistakes made by the ones behind you.

Find someone who you have amazing chemistry with.

Find someone who is willing to graduate to a real lasting love with you.

Find someone who is willing to navigate the ship of life together.

Find someone who knows that not a single person on the face of this earth sits high enough to look down on anyone.

Find someone who doesn't make you fall for them without intending to catch you.

Find someone who would rather spend a Sunday morning with you, rather than a Saturday night.

Find somebody who's quick to put their ego aside, and are willing to listen and grow with you with every day that passes.

Find someone who chases you .... long after they already have you.

Find someone who will never let you fall asleep at night wondering if you still matter.

Find someone who makes a reservation at your favorite restaurant unannounced.

Find someone who has genuine intentions with you from the very beginning.

Take my advice and .... find someone real enough to treat you .... like they can never replace you.

THE MISTAKE OF MEN

When we find a woman who loves us, we tell ourselves she will never leave us because she loves us too much to leave us.
So we start neglecting her and talking bad about her sometimes because of the love she carries for us, we always wait for her to phone us first, we always wait her to force things, we always wait she to send us messages e n first, we can't find any time for her and sometimes we tell her
Mean words to hurt her.

We put her down by comparing her to our exes.
We bring her down by reminding her of all her past.
We don't give her anything to take care of her.
You disrespect him we don’t listen
We do horrible things sometimes because we know she loves us.
When she find better somewhere else and decides to leave us, we tell that she is not a good woman.

The woman we treat like a trash will sooner or later become the queen of a man who knows the value of a woman. Such is life.

Admit it. You aren’t like them. You’re not even close. You may occasionally dress yourself up as one of them, watch the same mindless television shows as they do, maybe even eat the same fast food sometimes. But it seems that the more you try to fit in, the more you feel like an outsider, watching the “normal people” as they go about their automatic existences. For every time you say club passwords like “Have a nice day” and “Weather’s awful today, eh?”, you yearn inside to say forbidden things like “Tell me something that makes you cry” or “What do you think deja vu is for?”
Face it, you even want to talk to that girl in the elevator. But what if that girl in the elevator (and the balding man who walks past your cubicle at work) are thinking the same thing? Who knows what you might learn from taking a chance on conversation with a stranger? Everyone carries a piece of the puzzle. Nobody comes into your life by mere coincidence. Trust your instincts. Do the unexpected. Find the others. ~

Sometimes, pain is the price you pay for your freedom. But then again, if that freedom gives you the power to reach new heights; to fulfill your dreams, and be the person you wanted to be, then—it will always be worth the pain.
