REPOST • Vatel Kigali, Rwanda - Hotel & Tourism Management School

We are happy to be hosting Chef Eric from Vatel Nantes who is doing his exchange program here in Vatel Rwanda at our Center of Excellence at Nyurah. He has been sharing his knowledge and expertise with our students and has also been learning about different local products and techniques. Stay tuned for more on the chef’s experience with our students and some of the creative cuisine they will come up with.

that Nyurah also serves as a culinary center of excellence where students, like students from , get to work alongside fine-dining experts who teach and mentor them to achieve their career goals. In the coming weeks, we will be sharing some of the students stories so stay tuned 😊.

To make this festive season even more special, the chef has added a new item to the menu - deep fried calamari served with red pepper puree, garlic emulsion, charred cucumber and sweet and sour crayfish.
