Competition Rules

· 1 winners will be selected randomly to win Clinique products.
· Entrants must be 21 or over at the date of participation. Entrants under 21 must have parental/guardian permission to participate.
· Entrants must be a resident of the UAE, KSA, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, or Oman.
· Winners will be notified through direct message on Instagram.
· The Competition will start on 5 January 2022; it ends on 12 January, 2022 (Midnight) and winners will be announced on 13 January 2022.
· The Competition is subject to the terms and conditions (Terms) below – make sure you read them as your entry into the Competition will be deemed as acceptance of the Terms.

Terms & Conditions
1. All participants to the Competition (Entrants) shall be subject to these Terms. Entrants agree to abide by these Terms, which shall be final and legally binding in all matters relating to the Competition.
2. The Competition is only open to residents of UAE, KSA, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, and Oman.
3. The Competition is not open to the Company's employees or to employees of the Company's affiliates, subsidiaries or licensees.
4. Entrants must be at least 21 years old at the date of participation in the Competition. Entrants under 21 must have parental/guardian permission prior to participation.
5. Entrants agree to the collection of their name, Instagram handle, email address, residential address and phone number (Data) for internal use for the purpose of running the Competition. In addition, Data may be used to inform and update Entrants on new launches, events, promotions, products and services from the Company. These updates may be sent to Entrants via private Instagram message, email, sms and phone call. Entrants have the right to opt-out from these at any time by contacting the Company.
6. The Company reserves the right in its sole discretion, subject to prior notice and without any liability to any person, to amend or cancel the Competition.
7. 1 winner(s) will be chosen at random.
8. All taxes, insurances, transfers, spending money and other expenses (including meals or personal expenses) as the case may be, unless specifically stated, are the sole responsibility of the Winners.
9. Entrants agree that no money is payable to them and no promise has been given to them in exchange for participating in the Competition.
10. Prizes are not refundable, nor can they be exchanged or transferred to another individual. Prizes cannot either be exchanged in any of the Company's outlets against other products or against cash. The Company reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time at its sole discretion, without prior notice (for example, if a prize is out of stock).
11. The Company reserves the right, at any time, to disqualify a Winner if they are found to have attempted to undermine the operation of the Competition by fraud or deceit.
12. Once contacted by direct message, Winners will have 24 hours as from the time of the message to provide the Company with the required details and confirmation set out in the message. If The Company does not hear back within the above timeframe, the prize will be forfeited and The Company reserves the right to offer the prize to another randomly chosen entrant. The Company shall have no liability to any Winner who fails to provide the requested information within the above timeframe and therefore fails to retrieve its prize.
13. Entrants agree (or warrant consent has been provided by their parent/guardian) that the Company (and third parties authorized by the Company) may use Winners' Instagram handles in its social media, on its website and any other media for the purpose of announcing the Winners, and advertising the Competition, in any country whatsoever, for the duration of the Competition and for a period of 4 months thereafter.
14. The Company shall not be liable for any claim, damage, loss, injury or disappointment of any nature and kind whatsoever suffered by any Entrant entering this competition as a result of participation in the Competition, including the retrieval and/or use of any prize.
15. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Dubai and the Federal laws of the United Arab Emirate as applied in Dubai, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with your participation in this Promotion shall be submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts, United Arab Emirates.

5- يوافق المتسابقون على أخذ أسمائهم وأسماء المستخدمين على الانستجرام وعنوانهم البريدي وعنوانهم السكني ورقم هاتفهم (البيانات)للاستخدام الداخلي بغرض إجراء المسابقة. وبالإضافة إلى ذلك، يجوز استخدام البيانات لإخطار المتسابقين وإخبارهم أولا بأول بأي إطلاقات جديدة أو فعاليات أو حملات ترويج أو منتجات أو خدمات من الشركة. ويجوز إرسال هذه التحديثات إلى المتسابقين عبر رسائل الانستجرام الخاصة والبريد الإلكتروني والرسائل النصية القصيرة والمكالمات الهاتفية. ويحق للمتسابقين الانسحاب من هذه الخدمات في أي وقت من خلال الاتصال بالشركة.
6- تحتفظ الشركة بالحق؛ وفقاً لتقديرها وحدها؛ مع مراعاة الاخطار المسبق وبدون أي مسؤولية تجاه أي شخص بتعديل المسابقة أو إلغائها.
7- يقع الاختيار على 3 فائز بشكل عشوائي.
8- تعتبر جميع الضرائب والتأمينات والتحويلات وإنفاق الأموال وغيرها من المصروفات (ويشمل ذلك الوجبات أو المصروفات الشخصية) بحسب الأحوال، ما لم يُذكر على وجه الخصوص، مسؤولية الفائزين وحدهم.
9- يوافق المشاركون أنه لن يكون هناك أي مبالغ مالية مدفوعة إليهم وأنه لم يتم إعطاء أي وعد لهم مقابل المشاركة في المسابقة.
10- الجوائز غير قابلة للاسترداد، ولا يمكن تبادلها أو نقلها إلى شخص آخر. لا يمكن تبادل الجوائز في أي من منافذ الشركة مقابل المنتجات الأخرى أو مقابل المال. وتحتفظ الشركة بالحق في استبدال الجوائز بجوائز ذات قيمة مكافئة أو أكبر منها في أي وقت بناء على تقديرها وحدها، بدون إخطار مسبق (على سبيل المثال، إن كانت الجائزة غير متوفرة).
11- تحتفظ الشركة بالحق في أي وقت في استبعاد أحد الفائزين إن وجد أنهم قد حاولوا تقويض عملية المسابقة بالاحتيال أو الخداع.
12- بمجرد الاتصال بالفائزين برسالة مباشرة، يتاح للفائزين مهلة 24 ساعة من وقت الرسالة لتزويد الشركة بالتفاصيل اللازمة والتأكيد الموضح في الرسالة. وإذا لم تتلقى الشركة أي رد في غضون المهلة الزمنية الواردة أعلاه، يتم مصادرة الجائزة وتحتفظ الشركة بالحق في عرض الجائزة على متسابق آخر يتم اختياره عشوائياً. ولا تتحمل الشركة أي مسؤولية تجاه أي فائز يعجز عن تقديم المعلومات المطلوبة في غضون المهلة الزمنية المبينة أعلاه ومن ثم عجزه عن استعادة جائزته.
