FZOT is a serviced office tower located in the center of Jeddah-H-Bridge.
It will house up to 18 floors with serviced offices along with a shared business center area on the lower level.
The louvers implemented over the facade along with curvature is aimed to keep the building sustainable.

Al Rajhi Bank headquarters is a 203m tall tower located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The design draws from the regional context by creating four monolithic piers or cores to shield the crystalline glass tower from the inclement weather.

Design competition entry for the Chamber of commerce and industry- Makkah.
Despite the difficulties of the lot parameters, design team were able to form an architectural sculpture of spatial and functional geometric dimensions that generate self-shadows and achieve a functional formation, it is an award winning project that present the creativity of MHA team, the building area is around 25k SqM of offices, auditorium and public community specs.
