The City Center Development was originally designed to be a 30 stories high tower resting on a podium which would accommodate a market place. The 34,500 sqm site is triangular and is bounded by three major roads at the busiest center of Addis Ababa. The project is two parts. The 30 stories. Tower comprises of multi function spaces. 65% of which are offices, 35% are luxury apartments. Entrances, elevators and staircases are completely separated. Four levels parking under the tower are devoted for its residence. The design of both the tower and the podium presents a unique image of the country in the 21st century.
