JD Supervisor:
1 - Providing HO (Head office) any documents or tasks before the deadline without any possible delay.
2 - Keeping the active spreadsheet online in G-Space [provided by HO (Head Office)] up to date, in order to provide any information on time & assist HO to gather any information for reporting.
3 - Informing HO regarding escape, transfer , final exit & internal transfer - in Whats app group along with highlighting in the active sheet but not to remove them (As it is under HO responsibility).
"4 - Archiving all necessary documents of any labors in the G-space drive old and new.
Specially Newly arrived labor's all documents to be uploaded, so that HO can issue Iqama & Print Employee ID Card.
"5 - Arranging all essential assets (Bed, Pillow, Mattress, Bedsheet, Fan, Ac/Aircooler, Light) which are necessary for a bed space in a room including gas utility (for cooking in kitchen) for any Labors.
•Communication with headoffice is a must to have sufficient assets in stock for the labors available in camp.
6 - Ensuring sufficient bed space of newly arrived labors.
7 - Coordination with driver or T1 Supervisor to receive new comers to the Kingdom either from airport or from T1 & arranging Cash advance & food for them.

9 - Ensuring all newly arrived labors Vaccine paper are registered to verify in Tawakkalna. Once done, register them in Absher system through Absher machine from any location which are near to the camp.
10 - Ensuring all employees have Absher Id & Password + Tawakkalna Account in which all vaccination should appear along with the booster shot.
"11 - Responsible to coordinate with Camp Boss & Driver to arrange transportation to the near by or selected hospitals, once any labor have health issue or an accident.
12 - Monitoring Camp assistant supervisors if they are performing their duty & responsibilities correctly.
13 - Preparing Vacation Application form, sending it to the WhatsApp group.
14 - Preparing Salary Adjustment form, sending it to archiving in charge.
15 - Responsible for cash advance form, submitting form to accounts.
16 - Once the labor is not reporting correctly before leaving the camp premises & caught in an illegal act - responsible to call them in camp office ask them the reason of such act, maintain a list by getting their fingerprint as an evidence that they have done & submitting on every month 15th to HO.
17 - Supporting Camp 1 for any issues if required by informing the HO.
18 - Following up for any camp maintenance under supervision of the Camp Boss.

1 - Data Entry of attendance via physical check & time cards in online google sheet
2 - Checking discrepancies in overtime from the leadman or foreman
3 - Monitor and record employee work hours accurately staff & laborers

The story of Eid al-Adha is rooted in faith and devotion. According to Islamic tradition, Prophet Ibrahim received a divine command in his dream to sacrifice his beloved son Isma'il. Demonstrating unwavering faith, Ibrahim prepared to fulfill this command. However, at the last moment, God replaced Isma'il with a ram, sparing his life. This act of devotion is remembered and honored by Muslims worldwide through the ritual of Qurbani, or animal sacrifice, during Eid al-Adha.

The Festival of Sacrifice Eid al-Adha, known as the Festival of Sacrifice, is celebrated at the end of Hajj and commemorates the willingness of Prophet Ibrahim (Abraham) to sacrifice his son Ismail (Ishmael) in obedience to Allah’s command. In recognition of Ibrahim's devotion, Allah provided a ram to sacrifice instead.

During Eid al-Adha, Muslims around the world:

☆ Perform the Sacrifice: Those who can afford it sacrifice an animal (usually a sheep, goat, cow, or camel) and distribute the meat among family, friends, and those in need.

☆ Pray and Celebrate: Special prayers are held at mosques, followed by festive gatherings with family and friends.

☆ Charity: Emphasizing the importance of charity, Muslims ensure that the less fortunate are included in the celebrations by sharing food and other resources.

Things to Do on the Day of Arafah

1. Fasting on the Day of Arafah

The Day of Arafah fasting is highly encouraged and recommended for those not going on Hajj.

"Fasting on the Day of Arafah expiates the sins of the past year and the coming year." (Muslim)

2. Du'aa of Arafah

The Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, said of the Day of Arafah dua:

"The most excellent dua is the dua on the Day of Arafah, and the best of what I and the prophets before me have said is "There is nothing that deserves to be worshipped in truth except Allah; he is Alone and has no partner, to Him belongs the dominion and to Him belongs all praise, and He is All-Powerful over all things.'" (Muwatta)

لا إله إلا الله وحده لا شريك له ، له الملك ، وله الحمد ، وهو على كل شيء قدير

3. Making Tahleel, Takbeer, Tahmeed and Tasbeeh
It is a Sunnah of our Prophet (PBUH) to recite the Tahleel, Takbeer, and Tahmeed as many times as possible on the day of Arafah and also on the days of Tashreeq (11th, 12th, and 13th of Dhul Hijjah).

Tahleel is to say "Laa ilaaha il-lal-laah"

Takbeer is to say "Allahu Akbar"

Tahmeed is to say "Alhamdulillaah"

Tasbeeh is to say "Subhanallaah".

3. Seek forgiveness from Almighty Allah

The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said:

"On this day, Allah, the most Exalted, descends to the nearest heaven, and He is proud of His servants on the earth and says to those in heavens, look at My servants, they have come from far and near, with hair dishevelled and faces covered with dust, to seek my Mercy. Even if their sins are as much the sand or the froth of the sea, I shall forgive them."
