Efforts are concerted within the family of Al Swayeh company between the leadership and all employees, that totaling two thousand Almost, who are characterized by competence and seriousness deployed in more than 31 projects in Saudi Arabia and that to reach the highest and most comprehensive performance through follow-up training inside and outside the Kingdom. For nearly four years, an ambitious, experienced younger new management took over the company which jumped with company to the best ranks of the huge volume Saudi companies. And the existing projects during this period has grown steadily to become nearly 2.4 billion Saudi riyals. The new management has crystallized the company's vision to be one of the largest construction companies in KSA.
