JD Supervisor:
1 - Providing HO (Head office) any documents or tasks before the deadline without any possible delay.
2 - Keeping the active spreadsheet online in G-Space [provided by HO (Head Office)] up to date, in order to provide any information on time & assist HO to gather any information for reporting.
3 - Informing HO regarding escape, transfer , final exit & internal transfer - in Whats app group along with highlighting in the active sheet but not to remove them (As it is under HO responsibility).
"4 - Archiving all necessary documents of any labors in the G-space drive old and new.
Specially Newly arrived labor's all documents to be uploaded, so that HO can issue Iqama & Print Employee ID Card.
"5 - Arranging all essential assets (Bed, Pillow, Mattress, Bedsheet, Fan, Ac/Aircooler, Light) which are necessary for a bed space in a room including gas utility (for cooking in kitchen) for any Labors.
•Communication with headoffice is a must to have sufficient assets in stock for the labors available in camp.
6 - Ensuring sufficient bed space of newly arrived labors.
7 - Coordination with driver or T1 Supervisor to receive new comers to the Kingdom either from airport or from T1 & arranging Cash advance & food for them.
8 - Providing Orientation to the new labors regarding the company policy & procedure.
9 - Ensuring all newly arrived labors Vaccine paper are registered to verify in Tawakkalna. Once done, register them in Absher system through Absher machine from any location which are near to the camp.
10 - Ensuring all employees have Absher Id & Password + Tawakkalna Account in which all vaccination should appear along with the booster shot.
"11 - Responsible to coordinate with Camp Boss & Driver to arrange transportation to the near by or selected hospitals, once any labor have health issue or an accident.
12 - Monitoring Camp assistant supervisors if they are performing their duty & responsibilities correctly.
13 - Preparing Vacation Application form, sending it to the WhatsApp group.
14 - Preparing Salary Adjustment form, sending it to archiving in charge.
15 - Responsible for cash advance form, submitting form to accounts.
16 - Once the labor is not reporting correctly before leaving the camp premises & caught in an illegal act - responsible to call them in camp office ask them the reason of such act, maintain a list by getting their fingerprint as an evidence that they have done & submitting on every month 15th to HO.
17 - Supporting Camp 1 for any issues if required by informing the HO.
18 - Following up for any camp maintenance under supervision of the Camp Boss.
JD Timekeeper:
1 - Data Entry of attendance via physical check & time cards in online google sheet
2 - Checking discrepancies in overtime from the leadman or foreman
3 - Monitor and record employee work hours accurately staff & laborers
4 - Provide reports to management regarding employee attendance, tardiness, and productivity
5 - Keeping record of handtools & site equipments if necessary.
6 - Rechecking timesheet before the end of each month to ensure data accuracy.

The following things to Do on the Day of Arafah are highly encouraged.

1. Fasting on the Day of Arafah

The Day of Arafah fasting is highly encouraged and recommended for those not going on Hajj.

"Fasting on the Day of Arafah expiates the sins of the past year and the coming year." (Muslim)

2. Du'aa of Arafah
The Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, said of the Day of Arafah dua:

"The most excellent dua is the dua on the Day of Arafah, and the best of what I and the prophets before me have said is "There is nothing that deserves to be worshipped in truth except Allah; he is Alone and has no partner, to Him belongs the dominion and to Him belongs all praise, and He is All-Powerful over all things.'" (Muwatta)

لا إله إلا الله وحده لا شريك له ، له الملك ، وله الحمد ، وهو على كل شيء قدير

3. Making Tahleel, Takbeer, Tahmeed and Tasbeeh
It is a Sunnah of our Prophet (PBUH) to recite the Tahleel, Takbeer, and Tahmeed as many times as possible on the day of Arafah and also on the days of Tashreeq (11th, 12th, and 13th of Dhul Hijjah).

Tahleel is to say "Laa ilaaha il-lal-laah"

Takbeer is to say "Allahu Akbar"

Tahmeed is to say "Alhamdulillaah"

Tasbeeh is to say "Subhanallaah".

3. Seek forgiveness from Almighty Allah
The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said:

"On this day, Allah, the most Exalted, descends to the nearest heaven, and He is proud of His servants on the earth and says to those in heavens, look at My servants, they have come from far and near, with hair dishevelled and faces covered with dust, to seek my Mercy. Even if their sins are as much the sand or the froth of the sea, I shall forgive them."

The month of Ramadan for 2024 is already going to end, wished this could last longer. May Allah guide us & give us Hedayah to control our Nafs. May Allah accept our fasting.

But now we all looking forward to the joyous occasion of Eid-Ul-Fitr after successfully observing the blessed month of Ramadan. To make the most of this joyous day, we have put together a list of 12 things we should do to ensure we follow the Sunnah of the Prophet (saws) on a joyous day!

1. Make du’a on the night of Eid:
The Messenger of Allah (saw) said, ‘There are five nights on which du’a is not rejected: the first night of Rajab, the fifteenth night of Sha`ban, Thursday night, the night before Eid al-Fitr and the night before Eid al-Nahr (al-Adha)’. (As-Suyuti)

2. Perform Ghusl before the Eid Salaah
As Muslims, cleanliness is a fundamental part of our religion. Ibn ’Abbas narrated, ‘The Messenger of Allah (saw) used to have a bath on the day of Fitr’. [Ibn Majah] We are encouraged to do the same and, in doing so, we make sure that gatherings and family festivities are a clean and enjoyable affair.

3. Eat before prayer
For Eid ul-Fitr, it is Sunnah to eat some dates before the prayer so as not to extend the fast. Our Prophet (saw) did not set out on the day of Eid until he had eaten an odd number of dates, and we should follow His example.

4. Put on Attar:
Just as our Prophet Muhammad (saw) applied Attar (perfume) on Eid occasions, men are also encouraged to do the same, to create a pleasant aura in the Masjid.

5. Put on your best outfit:
It was customary for Prophet Muhammed (saws) and the early companions to wear their best clothes on the two Eids. In many cultures, parents will buy their children new clothes for Eid to celebrate and spread joy on a special occasion.

6. Pay Zakat al Fitr:
We must remember to pay Zakat al-Fitr (Fitrana) before the start of Eid prayers. Zakat al-Fitr (R50 per person) is compulsory on all members of your household, including children and the elderly, and cannot be made up for if neglected.

7. Takbeer:
On the way to the masjid, Takbeer ul-Eid should be recited softly. The Eid Takbeer is:
‘Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar. La Ilaaha Illallahu Wallahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar wa Lillahil Hamd’

8. Routes to Eid Salaah:
As narrated by Jabir bin Abdullah, ‘On the Day of Eid, the Prophet (saw) used to return after offering the Eid prayer through a way different from that by which he went’. (Bukhari) The reasoning behind this is so that on The Day of Judgement the two paths will testify that you attended this salah.

9. Congratulating each other:
On Eid day, we often congratulate each other with greetings such as ‘Eid Mubarak’. However, a better way to greet each other is to take the example of the Sahabah (ra). It was narrated by Jubayr ibn Nufayr (ra), that the Sahabah (ra) used to greet each other on the day of Eid with: ‘Taqabbal Allaahu Minnaa Wa Minka’, which means ‘May Allah accept (the fast and worship) from us and from you’. (Fathul-Bari)

10. Perform Eid Salaah:
Eid Salaah must not be missed, as it is a fundamental part of the Eid festivities. As narrated by Abdullah bin Umar, ‘Allah’s Apostle used to offer the prayer of Eid-ul-Adha and Eid-ul-Fitr and then deliver the Khutbah after the prayer’. (Bukhari)

11. Visit your Relatives:
It is a tradition to visit relatives, neighbors, and friends on Eid to celebrate and embrace the joyous occasion. It was said that this is one of the reasons why the Prophet (saws) changed his route when coming back from the Eid prayer place.
"It was said that the wisdom behind that was so that he might visit his relatives, both living and dead; and it was said that it was to uphold ties of kinship." - Al-Haafiz Ibn Hajar (may Allah have mercy on him)

12. Give Eid Gifts - Abu Hurayra reported that the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, “Give gifts and you will love one another.”
