I will be available for new assignments in Talent Acquisition from February and onward! Looking forward to helping out with all things recruitment marketing and employer branding as well. I would love to have the opportunity to work with content creation again! 

In my assignment here at Funnel we have accomplished things like:

🚀 Photography and content creation for our blog posts (you can not have missed them!)
🚀 Arranged and helped out with Funnels attendance at events like Nordic.JS, Agila Sverige and internal coding events
🚀 Engaged our team in content creation and online posting
🚀 Talent strategy workshops/presentations for colleagues

Outside working hours I enjoy cooking food, skiing and riding motorcycles. I’ve recently discovered a Japanese art form called Kintsugi, the art of repairing broken pottery with gold. Can't wait to learn more!

A friday appreciation post my fellow Funnelers! I'm thankful to have been given the opportunity to work with these amazing people.

You might've seen tons of content being posted here from us - none of it could've been possible if it wouldn't have been for all the colleagues that takes on the challenge of being in front of the camera. Let me say, they are doing an amazing job, dont you think!? 😍

For this past year I have grown, professionally and mentally. 🗝Key take-aways are that running a business is hard but rewarding. Invest in yourself by listening to your needs - set boundaries and know when to rest ❣

To cope with stressful times, besides resting, you should leave room for what you love. For me, I have had the time and possibility to focus on photography. There are only a few things that relax me in an instant manner, one is taking my camera, walking out into the night and snapping shots like this one below 📸

I would like to give a big thanks to everyone who’s been a part of this first year and made all of this possible! To my clients, colleagues, friends and family - Thank you for helping, supporting and believing in me. I got nothing but love for you ❣

On a journey to an improved well-being 🤹🏼

Not so long ago I wrote a post about creating healthy habits - I got a little lost on the way because of the pandemic but now I am getting back to my training routines 🏃🏼‍♂️

I’ve done some research on what apps and smart watches that gives data insights and the information that I want. I got in contact with Shane Correa, COO of the swedish health/wellbeing tech start-up Nudgelabs. I ended up getting myself a Garmin Vivosmart that is compatible with the Nudgelabs app ⌚️📲

Together the app and the watch are able to track my stress levels, sleep quality, training activity and rest amongst many metrics. It also connects with my calendar(s), analyzes what meetings and/or happenings impacts me during the day in question of stress 📊

Yes, probably something that is common for many apps to provide you with this information but, they also provide you with actionable insights to improve your well-being, specially tailored just for you! So now I understand better how to work with my wellbeing and have the tools and methods that works best for me 🏗😌

Our professionals create all kinds of content here that gets published in our channels. Here's Martin, one of our talented creators in his natural habitat 🎬. One of the many things Martin is good at is working with talent attraction (and for anyone wondering, the gloria is earned when reaching your weekly quota for posts here on LinkedIn).

This is an area that has grown on me - to focus on creating great content and marketing it to your targeted audience. The results are hopefully getting more possible candidates intrested and/or aware of your brand and as an employer 🚀

There are many great content creators out there, I am truly impressed by the people who work their magic in front of the camera ⭐️ I thrive behind the camera and I hope some day I’ll be comfortable enough for stepping in front as well 📸

⭕️ En månad på Funnel har nu passerat! ⭕️

En av de saker jag gjort under min första månad - jag var på eventet Agila Sverige och lyssnade till föreläsningar och fotade våra CTOs.

Jag fascineras av hur Funnel valt att byggt upp techavdelningen. Vår organisationsstruktur ser nämligen inte ut som alla andras - Vi är 70 utvecklare, 10 coacher och 4 CTOs (Ja, ni läste helt rätt - 4!).

Grundidén är att besluten ska fattas i alla dessa små (20) team. Här finns alltså inga tillsatta projektledare eller arkitekter. Hos oss arbetar teamen autonomt, de bestämmer över sin egen tid, arkitektur, sina egna teknikval och arbetssätt. De har förstås även ansvaret för att systemen ska fungera i produktion.

Creating healthy habits while having fun! 🏄🏼 🏇🏼 🏊🏼 🚴🏼 🏂

When I was working at Sinch they did a 2 month challenge globally within the company called BeeFit 🐝 which I chose to participate in. It’s done together in teams with an app called paceUP! where we register all our activities and keep track of our own and our team mates points - Keeping it simple!

Gamifying fitness is motivating me to think “how can I make this a physical activity and collect points?” - instead of taking the subway or an electric scooter, I can walk those 2 kilometres instead!

I’ve always seen myself as an active person, but since the pandemic I got more comfortable and just lost motivation to be as active as I usually was. The home office doesn’t always have it’s upsides (talking for myself).

I’ve noticed that all I needed was a little push in the right direction to get me back in track. I bet in the end of this my mindset for taking those small steps to being more healthy in every day life will have changed for the better.

Walking is always a good idea!🚶‍♂️

Stickers on computers are what tattoos are on our bodies! In my opinion a fun way of expressing ourselves 🔥

My computer has become more of an art project lately. It’s fun to share stickers with each other and create your own look on that somewhat boring grey or black backside of your computer. Todays technology have made it easier to create your own designs (thank you StickerApp - not sponsored).

I’ve designed some of these myself, most of them have an internal meaning (joke 😉) behind it. It’s a great and playful way to create publicity for your brand or company out there, for a low cost - and also really fun. I can strongly recommend to design one on your own! If you do, share it and I might just stick it on the back of my computer! 😃
