Haugen supported by his wife Rosemarie, decided to form a new company dedicated to his Car Care vision. he called his new brand Haugen-Vax , to convey an aura of the old-world traditions and craftsmanship to which he remained dedicated. hence his Sir name Haugen and Vax which is Wax in Swedish . HaugenVax Car care started out with only Seven products which were all hand made and still are to this day . these Wax recipes included Specialized formulas for italian, german, swedish ,british and french paint systems ..many ingredients are hand picked creating the amazing shine that Haugen Vax products are so well know for. the HaugenVax brand quickly developed a loyal following. its early success was created by word of mouth and praise. Most Haugen Vax products were used by detailers that were taught the paint perfection techniques first hand by Mr Haugen him self .this led to the expansion of his products and later to distributing his product line in america where it is now still hand made and bottled with the same high standards and it is still managed and owned by the Haugen Family.
