Onboarding into a new role and company is exciting, fun but also challenging before you understand the structure, who your stakeholders are, know your network, system and the business fully. But with Benify’s onboarding portal my onboarding has been more smooth and it also allowed me to get to know the company a little before my first day at work. So one week into the company I feel very welcomed by all my colleagues but also know more about the business than what I would have expected.

We started the day with a great breakfast together with the Danish team and our wonderful guests and from Sweden! 😊

Benify has awesome offices, but we claim our office location being the most unique one. Or if not the most unique, at least the oldest one (it dates back to 1756). 😉

And we see the first signs of spring at our office street as well: all the terraces opening up and filling the street with good vibes and a lot of people enjoying the sun! ☀️

“Timmis” is a Swedish abbreviation for hourly employees ☺️
There are many benefits that are suit these employees but the set up sometime has to be different. Since they not always have access to a work phone or intranet outside the office our app becomes even more important!

On the train, wrapping up the day. My name is Jens Broman and I live with my family in Strängnäs, 80 km from Stockholm. I commute 2 to 3 days a week to our office in Stockholm. Around 60 minutes of train and walking distance. I think it´s the perfect for me to have the ability to work in the proximity of nature some days a week and the pulse of the big city other days.
