🎨Nagomi Art for Well-Being

We conducted two sessions of Nagomi Art over October/November. Our Facilitator Shu Jing from Nagomi Joy Art have been really gentle and encouraging 💚.

Nagomi Art is for everyone and you don’t need to have experience in Art as well. The participants were guided through the techniques but given the space to create something that is uniquely theirs.

As we put the art pieces together, it’s interesting to see how they are somewhat similar but different, reflecting each and every individual voices and creativity at work.

We are looking to have more regular sessions so stay tuned for more deets!

Also, we are bringing forest bathing back for November!

Good Morning! It's Friday! For some of us it could mean TGIF and time away for work. For some of us, It could be a tough period while you are recovering from covid or caring for someone in the family. For some of us, we could be working relentlessly in the frontline to ensure people get the care they need. For some of us, we could still be reeling in the emotions after getting our 'A' Levels results A reminder for all of us: that it is okay to rest and let's treat our bodies to a good rest whenever we can regardless how we are feeling right now. #rest #mentalhealthawareness
