These florentine treats are super addictive 😍. Doing test bake coz we wanna add colors (dried cranberry) to the snack for X'mas & experiment with different seeds combo 🤪. Turned out quite well with sliced almonds, pumpkin seeds, melon seeds, sunflower seeds, black & white sesame seeds & some dried cranberry toppings 😋.

These gorgeous Tahitian vanilla pods from Papua New Guinea are gourmet grade and highly sought after by pastry chefs worldwide for their beautifully sweet floral flavour. The aroma is floral with undertones of ripe fruit with a deep and rich taste of cherry chocolate, licorice, and caramel. Tahitian vanilla pairs particularly well with spring berries, and tropical fruits.

The Tahitian (Tahitensis) type is a favorite among pastry makers since it is ideal for a wide range of uses.
