[Cooling Measure - Reduced LTV for HDB loan]

A few days had passed since the announcement of a cooling measure to reduce the loan to value ratio for HDB loan from 80% to 75%. Many out there had shared that it doesnt affect most home buyers out there and perceived it to be a “soft” measure.

I beg to differ and would like to make a point to those out there to NOT trivialise this matter and brush it aside like how it doesnt affect you. I am on the ground everyday speaking to sellers and buyers and I do know that there are many aspiring home buyers out there who are affected by this.

For aspiring home owners out there, you have my word to be with you evey step of your property journey. Ignore the distractions, even the indirect hurt you may feel from reading reactions in social media.
