I am just too excited for later!!!!!

But at the same time i have a little craving. I feel like eating chicken rice.

Recently i started cooking sesame oil rice aka chicken rice. And my family love it so much that they requested for me to cook it almost every week.

Here is the recipe.. if u all are interested.

Panda leave( 5 pieces)
600gm of rice
600ml of water.
Lemon grass ( 2 stalk)
Old ginger( 50g)
Blue ginger (50g)
Sesame oil ( 2 table spoon)
Planta butter ( 1.5 table spoon)
Chicken/ vegetarian stock ( 2 table spoon)
Chicken/ mushroom powder ( 1teaspoon)

1. BLEND lemon grass and both ginger together.
2. Wash the rice
3. Heat up the wok and put planta butter, sesame oil, all that was blended, the chicken/ vegetarian stock and the chicken/ mushroom powder. Fry until fragrant.
4. Throw in the rice and fry for 1minute. Until all rice is coated.
5. Scoop into your rice cooker, add the 600ml of water and start cooking.

Very simple right? Its simple cuz i have a helpful and handy machine.. OUR MINI BLENDER. this assist me in cooking a good meal for MY LOVED ONES.
