Field Service Engineer
• Support Tier 0/1/2 Installation activities in Customer Site.
• Support online issue, provide necessary onsite troubleshooting, service, and repair of customer's semiconductor equipment.
• Company product trained is preferable, or related tools/equipment experience.

Field Assistant Engineer
• Assist Senior Engineer for on-site start-up, installation, commissioning & maintenance of front-end automated semiconductor equipment at customers' sites.
• Perform troubleshooting on semiconductor equipment on site.
• Ensure the production machines and equipment are good in condition for daily operation.
• Carry out continuous enhancement programs on machines to achieve the highest performance and reliability results.
• Coordinate logistics activities and keep customer always updated regarding the product deliveries and stocks update.

Requirements:
• Nitec/ITE/Diploma/Degree in Electrical & Electronic/Mechatronic/ Mechanical Engineering.
• 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in Semiconductor industry preferred.
• Fresh Graduates with Engineering Education Background are welcome to apply; Training will be provided.
• An energetic and detail-oriented team player.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, high adaptability, and positive attitude.
• Cleanroom environment.
• 12hrs rotating shift (Day/Night).
• Experience in hand-on skills.
