Craft White; or if your pizza knowledge goes deeper, our take on the traditional pizza Bianca.

We bring you the white Bianca to complement its ever popular twin, the red Magherita. The amazing start of our journey to invent our white pizza menu, for we knew that every good pizza is only as tasty as its base. Many versions later, we’re glad to say that our house-made ricotta cheese, caramelised onions, mozzarella and béchamel is something that gives us the utmost confidence to create all the rest of our favourite white pizzas.

Craft Red; our take on the classic Magherita.

One of the first pizzas that we perfected out of our hundreds of eventual tries to sort out our menu, and it is as simple as it gets. Gotta say though, we are pretty proud of it; proud enough that it’s one of the two pizzas that we put our namesake on. Definitely went ‘tradizione italiana’ with it, and you’ll definitely love it if the classic taste is what you’re going for 🇮🇹

Craft Red – sweet basil and aged Parmesan scattered atop our special homemade tomato sauce and mozzarella base. Finished off in the oven to get that perfectly light and airy crust.

We went full-on creative with a mission to find something delicious, even if a little unconventional, and that’s really the whole story about how we ended up with our Smoke & Citrus.

Sweet, salty, sour and umami all packed atop a single pizza. This is what made us fall in love with this absolute beauty of a dish, and to think that it tastes as good as it looks? We may be a little biased but we know our tastebuds don’t lie when they taste good food, and we know yours won’t too 😉

Smoked pancetta, caramelised onions, herbs, green peas, mozzarella and ricotta cheese baked atop a white béchamel sauce base. Garnished with a floral of pea shoots and lemon zest, and finally finished with a pinch of charcoal powder.

Arugula, Pecorino Romano and seared wild mushrooms laid on a bed of freshly made tomato sauce and mozzarella base. Who says ‘healthy’ can’t be delicious at the same time? You can’t tell me this isn’t a flavour bomb waiting to happen!

Sweet basil and aged Parmesan scattered atop our freshly made tomato sauce and mozerella base. This is our take on the classic Margherita, and we made sure to do it so we’ll that we can put our name on it as one of our signatures. ⠀
