Donburi is an important course in our experience here at Hazuki. This iconic dish is well-seasoned and topped with melt-in-your-mouth nodoguro (blackthroat seaperch) that sits on a bed of tomorokoshi (corn). It is also updated seasonally by our experienced chefs.
