We are the only one, not probably one that design and own all of our LTA approved ebikes models. We design and name the ebike systematically. We provide product support for all of the models.

Our X16 ebike uses 16"x2.5" CST heavy duty ebike tyre. Do you know what is the reason?

These are our two LTA approved new generation ebikes, created to meet our fellow riders’ needs, with ready-to-work features and Injury-prevented structure design, allows you to seat straight, fully stretch your body, to avoid long-term occupational disease / injuries, problems mainly on your knee, waist, spine, shoulder and neck. Let’s go back to the traditional to care your safety, comfort and health.

We use top brand battery cell, LG. Both ebikes are LTA approved with flexible battery, so that to allow you to configure your 48V battery according to your usage,

High end suspension will be added in for both our new ebikes, X20 and X16 (foldable).

On our two new generation ebikes, X20 and X16 (foldable), rear racks are welded, steady as what our KOL Max+ has.

In our two new generation ebike, X20 and X16 (foldable), all shall be equipped with heavy duty ebike tyres made by CST.

A new concept that we are going to implement in our two new generation PABs / ebikes is “ready-to-work” to minimize hidden cost,
What means a ready-to-work PAB / ebike? It shall have,
1. Reasonable and flexible battery capacity.
2. Less than 8 hrs charging time by original charger, to avoid potential hazard such as fire or explosion.
3. Meaningfully modes and acceleration.
4. Equipped with steady ebike tyre, not bike tyre.
5. Super strong structure, including frame and rack.
6. Comfortable and Injury-prevented sitting and handling, to avoid long-term occupational disease / injuries as a full-time rider.
7. Easy and self-upgradable option, like double stand.
8. Have instant front light, rear light, breaking light, horn, mud guards.

More and more PABs / ebikes are available in the market now. We also have two new generation models that will debut very soon. We are going to roll out the detail and explain how we design our products in order to meet the customer’s needs.

If a bigger ebike/PAB battery has to take too long charging hrs by original complaint charger, there is only two outcome,
1.Will be induced to buy a noncompliant fast charger, then the photo below is very likely to happen.

Ebike Food Delivery Rider is a pretty new career, so occupational disease / injuries may not be discovered so often. While it can be foreseen, if riders adopt a wrong position or posture due to the structure of Ebike, 8 hours a day, 5 or 6 a week for years, some diseases / injuries will be developed for sure. Mostly it will be the problems related to the knee, waist, spine, shoulder and neck.

How to prevent that? Similar as those people who are long-time seating in front of the computer, a good ebike shall allow rider to,
☔ seat straight,
☔ balance, stretch and relax the shoulder, arm and leg as possible,
☔ allow using strength more on leg instead of knee when pedaling.

Majority riders’ feedbacked, Mode 1 of Ebikes in the market are useless, jerking while speed can only go up to 15km/hr. Jerking is dangerous especially when it’s turning in short distance like HDB area, hard to control, easy cause accident.

Riders also feedback that small and narrow tyre make their Ebike very slippery, especially when it’s wet or turning.

Many delivery riders will encounter another issue, after receiving their Ebike, they have to purchase additional rear rack to hold the delivery rack, or the rear rack is so weak, collapsed in short time.

We listen and feel such issues, pour much effort and solved them in our new Ebike,

☛1st of 4 Posts: Battery / Range, what we set for our new generation Ebike / PAB

We conduct many surveys individually and in-group, most riders prefer,
💪 48V motor.
💪 longer travel range covered by one battery.
💪 sufficient range to cater for whole day delivery jobs, like 30 orders.

From such expectation, we decide to equip our Ebike with,
🔋 48V, LG Cell 14.4AH battery.
⭐ 48V 250W gear motor.

We conducted actual road test, not word test or theory test to find out the range. The range varies from 110km to 118km at speed about 22km/hr (not 15km/hr!).

From this result, it’s sufficient to cover 30 delivery orders, taking consideration of 3km per order in average and still have some buffer.
