Our first batch of Sarawak Laksa in 2023 was served today and my first bowl was dedicated to my wife who was hospitalised for the past weeks due to an infection and she had just undergone a skin graft operation. She has since recovered and I must dedicate this first bowl to her for breakfast. She was thrilled and I'm heartened.
So, Chef Lee is back in action into the kitchen after a short huatus and Sarawak Laksa is open for orders now to be served on:
