Dear Patients,

With effect from 1st July 2022 (Friday), flu subsidy scheme will cease for PHPC. Patients will no longer enjoy flat rate of $5/10 when present with flu like symptoms at all clinics.

Patient will need to pay for the usual consultation charges + medications while ART and PCR will still be fully subsidised by govt for patients with flu like symptoms.

You may use your CHAS Blue/ Orange/ Merdeka/ PG card if you have flu like symptoms. Usual CHAS acute subsidies can be utilised.

We have revised our pre-departure PCR testing to $99 net with immediate effect. Appointment making available via whatsapp 9788 1157

Pre-departure ART testing with notarisation is available at $35 net. No appointment required. Please walk in at least an hour before your clinic closing time.

***NEW: We are also offering remotely supervised ART test via whatsapp videocall at $30 net. Notarised ART report will be sent to you 15-30 minutes after the test is completed.

Simplified testing protocols for Vaccinated Travel Lane (VTL) travellers Fully-vaccinated travellers who recently recovered from the infection will be exempted from all testing and SHN requirements with relevant documents

We will be open on 31st January 2022, Monday from 8.30am to 12.30pm only. Last registration is 12pm or earlier (if crowded).

We will re-open on 3rd day of Chinese New Year on 3rd Feb 2022 Thursday at 8.30am.

Dear Travellers,

Great news for those who are travelling/returning to Spore on Vaccinated Travel Lane (VTL).

Our Woodleigh Family Clinic is now an accredited quick test centre.

For those returning or coming to Singapore, you may do your Day 3 and Day 7 supervised self-administered ART (Self Swab) at Our Woodleigh Family Clinic. ( The day of arrival in Singapore is considered Day 1).

Please make appointment at Our Woodleigh Family Clinic via https://go.gov.sg/traveller-art-test

You can pay $15 Nett for each traveller for each visit directly to clinic. We also accept pre-payment made to Health Promotion Board. Kindly prepare the email indicating receipt number when registering at our clinic.

​ART Kit will be provided upon registration at clinic. You will perform your own ART and submit your kit to us before leaving the clinic.

ART result will be submitted to Health Promotion Board/ Immigration and Checkpoints Authority by clinic. No actions required by yourself.
