Night Hawk will be closed from 14th to 17th July as we travel to Hong Kong for the prestigious Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2024.

We’ll be back and ready to serve you as usual on Thursday, 18th July. Till then, wish us luck! 💚

As we come to an end to the month of March, we reflect on the electrifying celebration that filled the air at Night Hawk as we honoured International Women’s Day.

From Bangkok, Taipei, Kuala Lumpur to Manila, our guest bartenders , , and brought their unique flair, skill, and passion to our venue, captivating everyone.

GOD, also known as Genius On Drugs, is Bangkok’s newest and most talked-about addition to the cocktail scene. It is the brainchild of the renowned power duo behind Teens of Thailand, Niks Anuman, and Gunn Lee. Rumored to be their final endeavor, GOD has burst onto the scene with a bang, with its bold declaration of rebellion against the conventional norms of cocktail culture.

will be making a special appearance at Night Hawk next Wednesday, 13th March from 9pm to midnight. We’re so excited for you to try their experimental concoctions that push the boundaries of flavour and presentation.

Valentine’s Day at Night Hawk reached new heights with the ‘Italian Stallion’, Lorenzo Antinori () from Bar Leone ! It was an amore-filled one-night affair with mesmerizing cocktails.

And oh, did you catch a slice of the magic? Lorenzo brought along his renowned Pizza Mortadella, and we were definitely swept off our feet.

Our bar transformed into a hub of timeless elegance and cosmopolitan charm as we welcomed Alyssa and Polina from for an unforgettable guest shift.

The atmosphere buzzed with excitement as everyone savoured the fusion of New York’s Prohibition-era mystique and Korean sophistication in every sip.

Inspired by frontman Lemmy of Rock n’ Roll icons Mötorhead’s obsession with bourbon and coke, this Manhattan style cocktail consisting of spiced cola, Fernet Branca will be sure to show all your aces!

Only available during the month of February, allow yourself to savour Taco’s bourbon riff on a Manhattan “Betty’s Fix”!

Taking an American favourite dessert of an apple pie and giving it an Asian twist, this pandan, salted red apple and sherry cocktail will keep you going for seconds!

Experience a taste of India, without crossing borders. For our next guest shift, we’ll be having the good folks, and from an award-winning bar from Mumbai. 

Delight your senses with re-imagined classic cocktails rooted in Indian tradition by using local and seasonal ingredients, their cocktails pay homage to the untold stories of Mumbai.
