PRSS Concert Band

On the 31st of August and the 2nd of September, our band members attended the Youth Arts Leadership Conference at NUS! The members learnt various ways of being a better leader through fun talks and games!

21 June🌹.Pasir ris Concert band 2024 Investiture was held where the recruits of the band are now officially promoted to private status and are now officially in the main band after months of training🥺.The Secondary 2's and 3's have promoted to a higher rank than before and have now also achieved new roles🏵.However,this marks the day for our Secondary Fours to step down from the band and focus on their studies, and this marks the day where a new secretary, band major, and Drum major are appointed🥀.Ezra,Syafiqah, and Juliet had done their jobs of being a good leader to the band and are now passing it on to Leah,Sofia, and Sharifah🌐.This journey for the Secondary Fours have been an extraordinary journey for them from performing in the s*f to performing at istana and performing at The pursuit and now their final performance with the band.I wish all the Secondary Fours a good journey ahead❤️

2nd may 2024, marks the day that our band members played in Victoria theatre. 'the persuit' of this goal has been a long and treacherous one, but our band members strived and celebrated their fruits of their labour🥳. However, not everything is black and white, our secondary 4 band members will be stepping down😔, but like this concert, we will continue 'the persuit' for greatness once more as our secondary 3 students take on their roles! May the band continue 'the persuit' for more and improve along with it!!

On 12 march, our band was taught by an extremely distinguished conductor from Thailand, Mr Surapol! The band learned many things and have vastly improved their playing through his teachings. We hope he could teach us again next year🤩

On 11 march, our band members had our yearly games day!🤩 We played many games which helped the band seniors bond with their new juniors while having fun,😊 it was truly an exciting and memorable experience for everyone!

On 28 December, all our band members came together to celebrate another year in band🥳. We had an all out bbq, different awards given to our band members, and even a gift exchange😁! All of our band members had a blast that day. But it was also a day full of emotions as we said our farewells to the sec 4s who will be leaving our band next year😔

A throwback to our band’s first games day after the end of our examinations! We played ‘Splat’ and ‘Mafia’! Our members had so much fun as they bonded with one another! Special thanks to our majors and the welfare team for their hardwork in planning the Games Day! 🤩👍

Yesterday, PRCB held our Band Investiture 2022!
