For a start, indulge in soft, fluffy homemade 𝐌𝐢𝐥𝐤 𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝 elevated with a gula melaka glaze, comes served with whipped brown butter.
Next on the menu is a refreshing entrée, 𝐊𝐚𝐠𝐨𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐦𝐚 𝐇𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢 𝐂𝐫𝐮𝐝𝐨 highlighting thinly-sliced prized Japanese amberjack lightly cured in soy and kombucha seaweed, and complemented with Thai-inspired green chilli nam Jim and pickled kohlrabi for texture.

Qin restaurant in The Clan Hotel has a new chef who has taken the menu in a totally different direction.
I have long been a fan of chef Maksym Chukanov since first tasting his cooking at Cure and then at Ce La Vi. Now ruling the Qin kitchen as executive chef, he is at his peak with a menu of perfectly harmonious blends of fine-dining Western creations and Asian accents. And the plating is beautiful.
Dinner menus range from $108 to $198 a person while lunch is $58 and $88 - very good value for what you get.
