从中医的角度来讲，睡眠姿势不当、长期超负荷工作、过度劳累等，都可能使颈部肌肉牵拉过久，导致人体脉络空虚、气血运行受阻。加上夜间人体阳气渐衰、阴气渐盛，如果不注意保暖，便很容易因为邪气侵袭，使脉络运行进一步受影响，进而出现 “落枕” 等颈部不适。

**需要特别提醒的是，假若 “落枕” 频繁发生，或同时伴有头晕、手指发麻、手臂发沉等症状，这很可能是由颈椎病诱发的经常性落枕。
