Job Description & Requirements
Responsibilities:

1. handle high rise construction rebar scheduling (example: BTO/Condo/Commercial)
2. manage current construction procedures
3. determine the bill quantity of rebar
4. preparation and submit ordering for rebar BBS according to construction drawing
5. required to supervise and arrange all rebar works
6. liaise with consultants, client & main contractor and coordinate for site activities
7. assist project/site manager for monthly progress report
8. quality control up to expected standard required

Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years of rebar supervisor/foreman work experience
2. Skill to prepare BBS schedule with computer
3. Good organization and planning skills
4. Effective communication and coordination skills and team work
5. Able to work independently and in a team

Responsibilities:

Assist Project Manager in site supervision and management
Responsible for planning, scheduling, forecasting, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects
Coordination and checking of engineering deliverables
Attend site meeting, inspection and monitoring of project progress with Main Con and Sub-cons
Liaising and coordinating with all parties involved in the projects such as consultants, main contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers, local authorities, environmental agencies, and federal entities to ensure successful implementation of the project
To manage daily operation of the project ex*****on
Solving construction problems as soundly as possible
Acting as the quality control and assurance to ensure that the project objectives are met
To ensure that project paper works are properly kept and up to date
Ensure safe work procedures are implemented to control risk
Familiar with relevant legal requirement
Good communication skills to enhance good team working spirit.
Requirements:

• Experience in management of projects will be advantageous

• Recognized degree in Civil/Structural Engineering by BCA.

• Initiative, self-motivated, possess a strong drive with high responsibility and result-

oriented

• Preferably more than 3 years working experience in Civil & Structural works.

• Experience in engineering softwares and AutoCad would be an advantage.

JOB SCOPE

Responsible for executing the company projects in architectural works in building construction which covers:

Review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings
Carry out works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation
Supervise architectural works and coordinate with client’s representatives, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters
Supervise to achieve quality of works and to comply with safety & environmental regulations
Supervise project activities to comply with the Company’s ISO system
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Diploma
Minimum 8 years relevant experience in supervision of architectural works in building/warehouse construction
Good communicative skills, able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork

Do filing and documentation
Administration work including ISO compliance
Compiling drawings and get it registered
Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
Singaporean / Singapore PR preferred.

Responsibilities: Overall responsible from project implementation, efficient use of resources till successful projects completion within contractual schedule and budgeted cost.
Leading and mentoring a team by setting guidelines and procedures, providing advice and supervision when necessary.
Ensuring all works carried out meet company’s quality standards and contractual requirements.
Prepare method statements for safe ex*****on of works.
Co-ordinate with clients, sub-contractors and consultants on all projects matters.
Ensure engineers, supervisors & foremen meets clients & regulatory requirements as well as environmental, safety and health practices are carried out at all times.
Other adhoc duties by Management assigned from time to time.
Requirements: Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering recognised by PE Board / BCA
Certificate in Construction Safety Course for Project Managers
MUST be more than 5 years working experience in Civil & Structural Engineering Project Management.
Excellent leadership, time management, analytical, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Able to implement Construction Project Management good practices
Organised, meticulous with positive work attitude
