Have so many customers asking what’s the dipping sauce that goes with the focaccia which leaves a surprisingly refreshing aftertaste.

This mixed vegetable sauce is one of our signature sauces that made from only fresh tomato, cucumber, onion, olive oil blended with a tad of salt and pepper, 100% vegetarian, 100% healthy.

We care about food quality, that’s the reason all sauces we use for pasta and pizza are made in house.

Pesto Alla Genovese, we make it on a daily basis to keep this refreshing greeny colour.

Santa Cecilia Nero d’Avola 2018 from Terre Siciliane - Italy 🇮🇹

A very spicy fruity wine, brilliant and clear, perfumed with carob, bergamot and orange peel.

The compact ripe fruit and balsamic notes on the palate dissolve in a sweet and vigorous manner to accompany tannins of dense texture but also open and calibrated to the structure of this wine of deep baritone tones. Traces of graphite confer elements of a high tasting lineage while cleverly elicited wild blackberry and cherry maintain the wine on a register of rigorous style and taste.

Our sourdough bread doesn’t contain any additives (e.g., milk, oil, dough conditioners etc…). It’s made with whole grains, fermented with mother yeasts resulting thin crisp crust outside with chewy texture inside after baking.
