On Sundays we move a little differently 😌 Combining functional fitness with some aspects of bodybuilding.
It means incorporating functional movements that are effective in building muscle yet switching it up a little with tempo adjustments and working on contractions.
It means isolation work to strengthen certain weak links / muscle groups.
It means building stability, increasing mobility, slowing it down to work on control and awareness.
It means taking advantage of multiple complementary movement pairings like supersets and giant sets for greater ROI.

Remembering a fallen hero and friend.
On July 12th 2015, Kelvin Yeo, AKA Tattoo, a close friend of the founders and the first members from the larger CrossFit community, passed away in an unfortunate accident.
On 15th July 2024, 9 years on, we remember his life and invite you to join us with a WOD that embodies the strength and mindset he had.

We’re now halfway into the year and have completed events like the Open Season, Murph and HYROX. Well as you all know - the next one coming up is our very own Operation Broken Wing!
As such, this next cycle will be 8 weeks long, culminating on Aug 24th at OBW ! The focus will be threefold and geared towards increasing our Pull-up Strength & Capacity, Clean / Sn**ch Strength and Medium WOD Threshold Capacity (15-20min Duration - inline with the Fight For Hope’s workout)
We’re also going to embark on a slightly different squat cycle that will make sure your legs are strong enough to stand up whatever weight you can Clean at the Lift-off.
So if you haven’t signed up for OBW, please do so, and we’re looking forward to seeing everyone’s gains on the day!

After weeks of consistent prep for the volume, we’re here at last🫡
“Murph” will be programmed on 25 - 27th May (Sat / Sun / Mon) and you can hit it across any of the days!
🟡For those who have completed it over the weekend, there will be an alternate program on Monday.
🟡There will various scaling options, so even if or you may not have gone through the full prep the past few weeks, you can still come by! 💪🏻
Starting THIS SUNDAY (19th May) at 11.30 AM, we will be bringing back Volume - a self-directed session with additional programming written on the whiteboard for you to hit!
🔑This cycle will be focused on building ENDURANCE and you can do as much or as little of the program as you want.
▫️For some, this will help if you have signed up for upcoming events like Hyrox.
▫️For others - even if you are not participating in any of such events but would like to build more stamina, such longer Metcons would be useful!
When the going gets tough, it is those with the resilience of the heart and mind that will be carried beyond the limitations of the body 🦾
