Originating from Seremban, Malaysia, the 'Ya Lim' Baked Crab, which soared in popularity in the 1980s, spotlights the mud crab, celebrated for its sweet, flaky flesh.

In this season, the traditional taste of this Malaysian favourite is presented in our Parents Day set menu. A piquant sauce made with malt honey, soy sauce and star anise, is heated up in the wok before the pristine crustacean - imported directly from our global seafood suppliers, is added.

Together, both crab and sauce are ‘baked’ until the sauce is reduced to a tantalising sticky glaze, while the seafood retains its freshness. Complementing this sumptuous masterpiece is a homemade chilli sauce, adding a zesty and invigorating kick.

A tender GG French Poulet, prized for its ethical and natural rearing, takes centre stage in this dish as the spring chicken, devoid of hormones and chemicals, is braised in a chef's concoction infused with a myriad of aromatics and seasonings.
