We currently have an opportunity for a Manager to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a customer-focused individual to join a leading Halal F&B company. You will be working in a beautiful setting with a team of cheerful, happy, and efficient professionals! This is 5 day work week (alternate weeks).

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations

- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction

- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints

- Organize and supervise shifts

- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations

- Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices

- Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations

- Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste

- Reply to emails, calls, and social media enquires

REQUIREMENTS:

- Proven work experience as a Restaurant / F&B -Supervisor or a similar role

- Proven customer service experience as a Supervisor

- Good food and beverage (F&B) knowledge

- Strong leadership, motivation, and people skills

- Ability to adhere to all health & safety practices

- High levels of personal hygiene and appearance

Requirements:

-Proven work experience as a Restaurant / F&B -Supervisor or a similar role
